I contacted four estate agents and four surveyors with regards to a plot of land I wanted to buy next to my house. Steve at Chequers was the only one to respond... We arranged a convenient for him to pop by, he arrived when expected and he was very helpful. The whole meeting took five minutes and Steve won't make any money from the deal due to the size of the plot but I would certainly Chequers over all other Estate agents in Basingstoke.
