Say they are open until 11pm... get there at 10:20 and bartender says they are done serving... not cool.

Beer was delicious, service was top notch! Very nice guys that are really educated on what makes their beer so good. Wish I didn't live on the east coast, then I could visit more often.

Favorite local brewery. Thank you ashville. The triple blond and strawberry Belgian are our favorotes. Really fun food pairings of local restaurants.

This place is awesome. Brain pouring beers and John making some of the best food. You wouldn't expect to find this quality of service and food at a little brewery. My wife and I stopped in to find John making steamed mussels that were out of this world delicious! Definite must stop in Denver.

Visited two weekends ago from out of town and had a blast. Doug, the bartender, was so fun to talk to and offered us plenty of suggestions of where to go next, and must see's during our 48 hour trip. The beer was great and a very relaxing atmosphere.

Living in the area, Thirsty Monk is a great neighborhood brewery. Their vibe is cozy and personable. You ll often find yourself having chats with the bar tender and asking for their recommendations. I really enjoy their outdoor patio during the warmer months & you can even grab a hand pie if you re craving some food.

Thirsty Monk is the BEST in Denver... Brian (The Beer Slinger) is funny and friendly... John (The Chef) .... makes the most amazing burgers... and his weekly chef specials are Killer! Always a warm welcome when we go... you gotta try this place!

It's unfortunate but the thirsty Monk is closed I believe due to the covid

The Thirsty Monk is AMAZING. I'm a fan of all things Belgian and this place brews with that in mind. Place is small, cozy and inviting.
They do serve food as well.
They also partner with Green Man Brewing out of Asheville, NC. So expect some of their beers as well.
Kevin (the owner?) Is fantastic! Super friendly, talked with us for awhile about beer, GABF, and a few other things. I really appreciate that. He even set us up with a free growler!
I will definitely be back.

Awesome beers, especially if you re into Belgian stuff. Food flights were awesome, Jeff and Nick are rad. Definitely check it out if you re into beer or just in the area.

We live by the one in Biltmore Park Asheville and wanted to come support the Denver location too. Happy to see them expanding to another rich beer city and doing well. Will always come here when we come to Denver.

Excellent selection of Belgian style beer with enough other style options to keep your non-Belgian loving friends happy, too! Nice patio with gas fireplace to sit on and socialize.

Great beer, friendly staff. My only real complaint is they say they sell growlers, which are actually just bomers. They don't fill 64oz growlers at all. Also, I know its part of the monk theme, but its too dark inside.

I like what they are trying to do. A selection of Belgian style beers, although I'd like to see a dubbel, a sour/lambic or quad too. The space is very typical store-front urban brewery
