Great staff to work with, really friendly and helpful. I worked with Randy and he was great. He really went above and beyond to work with me as I had a pretty unique set of circumstances. Absolutely the worst customer service ever experienced. I purchase a vehicle need it registered in Florida. The sales associate had no idea how to register it ended up getting my license canceled in Florida because they registered under a temporary Virginia address which I don t reside at cost can t listen countless of errors with DMV costing me lots of money. Would highly avoid this location absolutely terrible. And to top it off almost got arrested because I didn t realize I was driving on a canceled license. Had to find out through DMV of Virginia that the dealership did a change of address without my authorization.
They made promises to fix things like the radio and make an extra key for the car but now they won t return my calls, no laser cut second key, still broken radio.
Stopped by on my lunch break to check out a few cars. Lucas was very knowledgeable, accommodating and professional! One particular vehicle that I was interested in was on another lot. Lucas went to that lot, searched and found that vehicle. Such diligence and attentiveness is so hard to come by these days!!!
So, we are here right now buying our "new" truck and I have to say that Ken and Randall are awesome!! Made buying our truck easy, they listened to our concerns and questions and answered them the best they could. We are very pleased and so glad we came here! I highly recommend coming here if your in the market for a used vehicle!
Still one of the worst places I ve bought a car CRIAGSLIST IS BETTER THAN THIS PLACE since the first month of purchasing a 11k car it has had non stop maintenance problems I ve never purchased a car right off the lot that had that many maintenance problems that fast and I ve bought 10 times cheaper cars than an 11k one my last car was from a low named lot and only cost 5k and never had to do anywhere close to this amount of repairs and it was a 2002 Oldsmobile here this one is a 2012 Toyota PIECE OF JUNK FOR THE PRICE
I fortunately had Randall Earles for my purchase. It's been 5 weeks now. My entire experience was great, as well as interactions with ALL of their staff. This was truly an EZ-No Hassle purchase from start to finish. Even the paperwork portion was MUCH easier than all vehicle purchases in the last 36 years. I highly recommend them all, very pleased.
