I love checkers. The one on by Lowes off airport is the best!!!

Food deserved a better rating but the service was absolutely HORRIBLE! The guy at the window was VERY rude. He was disinterested in taking my order and was angry when I had to correct him on it. When I got to the window and he gave it to me, I thanked him and wished him a Merry Christmas and he only glared at me and roughly slammed the window. I won't soon be returning to THIS Checkers and wouldn't recommend it to others either!!! Merry Christmas All!!

I mean I have to ask this.... How in the heck does a restaurant that is famous for its fries and milkshakes run out of both???? I mean does the GM not know how to make a truck order??? I mean it's kind of important to not run out of the thing that 75% of people get at your restaurant. The staff is always rude, they are slow, and they are always out of something. I can't even imagine if my restaurant ran out the 2 of the 3 main things we sell and market!!! How does this company even do this???

They has gotten sloppy and the drinks are always too much carbonation

The restroom was disgusting! When we got our food the burger was cold and the cheese had not melted at all. I was beyond disappointed with our visit to this location and we will not be returning.

Today's experience didn't go so well for me. I ordered 2 combo meals and an extra regular burger for me and my fam's dinner tonight. I got home and was missing one of my burgers. Since I live several miles from the restaurant, I did not go back to retrieve my missing burger. (Sady, I didn't get to have "my" burger.) I called them and told them my situation. Whomever I spoke with, told me she would put my name on a list so that I can pick up my missing burger within 30 days. Unfortunately, I don't eat out much, but hopefully I will get a chance to make it back to the restaurant before the 30 days is up...otherwise, I will be at a loss. So people.. Please make sure you check your order before leaving the drive thru!!

Straight garbage now I see why I stopped going there..

Okay, first I want to say that my food was good and had not issues with that. My only issue is that no one there new how to run the place. It was not that packed and the workers were so focused on creating an unnecessary chaos. There was no friendly customer service. It was a rude "What can I get you"? We stood there not sure if she was talking to us or someone else. The place was filthy. I was told ten minutes which I was fine on, but it was more like 25 minutes before getting food. Again food was fine, but the management and lack of proper customer service made it a little uncomfortable.
One man ordered chocolate shakes and when they ran out of chocolate the just put vanilla. Never asked the customer if that was okay or not just made it and did not give them a chance to say No.
I know working at a fast food service is daunting. I have done it before but a smile and polite conversation makes a difference in every ones lives.
It was confusing on where to pick up food. One window is meant to order and the other for pick up. But they were handing out food through the order window while others were ordering. Making it difficult to actually order.

Not the worst place, but not a place that says WELCOME!

Just ordered at checkers airport boulevard in Mobile Alabama I think it's store number 6288 That's what is on my receipt. Excellent service. smiling employees. fast service .order perfect. Thank you!

MY MOST GO TO PLACE WHEN I WANT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE..

My order was ready at pickup, but my passengers wasnt so we had to park and wait at least 15 mins on her wings.

The wait was super long, and none of the order was right. Its like they didnt care what we ordered, they was gona give us what the wanted.

Sat in line 20 minutes before giving up and going somewhere else. Whole new meaning to the word slow. In that time we moved about 4 car lengths.

Love eating there. The food is always great. Plan to go back when we get payed

This was awful. They forgot my fries and I have called for the last 20 min to let them know and no answer. I have called corporate and yet they just gave me some kind of reference number and said they will take care of it. That's all. I hate going to this checkers. I understand that things happen but when you deliberately don't answer the phone and just hang up when someone calls is just plain rude. I WILL NOT GO BACK...

It appeared that there were only 2 workers in the whole place. One was working the front one working the back. I feel like service would have been faster if they had some help. Food was still warm when I got home so I know it was freshly made. Management needs to work on scheduling. Friday night at 9 o'clock in mobile is still a busy time.

I only go here because my 2 yr old loves their fries.....which is a rip off but I'm a mom on the go and it is convenient. Service is horrible and food is subpar

From my experience...checkers was not the best...The lines move pretty fast however the EMPLOYEES attitude stinks.

Not as friendly as I am accustomed to in South Alabama. Not as clean either! Sorry! I accidentally hit Checkers when I thought I was responding on a different restaurant in Florence Al. Checkers on Schillinger Rd is fine!!!

We had to back up and drive into the drive thru repeatedly to get the worker to respond to us over the intercom box. I watched a female worker scoop old fries and place them back into the fryer and then serve me them. We waited for 10 minutes at the window, our worker walked away repeatedly, did not take orders of the cars behind us, did not cook fries, and did not get orders ready. The woman that I watched refry fries was the one making everything. We were not given a receipt. Our worker walked around to multiple locations inside the store with our debit card, we immediately canceled our card after the total we knew was our order total cleared.

Absolutely avoid this location.

Drive through packed. But service was great. Food was better lol. Shawty at the drive through was a blessing

Not that good, burgers we're dry, tasted as if it was made in advance, an Sweet Tea turned in to Cola or something,

Wasn't the best tonight, don't get me wrong the service was fast. But my food was all burnt except the burger, apple pie was burnt and didn't have the cinnamon stuff on there, and the fries was absolutely just cold burnt and nasty. Will not visit for awhile

We quite often at checkers it's convenient and the food is always good
