I love checkers. Especially for the money it's a price that's hard to beat. Service is usually good at this location and they are quick with getting your food prepared.

Good place as usual, only a 3 because they forgot my apple pie again.

Waited in the walk up window and after several minutes the people inside looked at me and didn't greet or acknowledge me standing there. So I walked away. Terrible management of this paying customer.

Just got home and realized my orders messed up,,again. No ones answering the phone

I had to stop buying burgers from here because the burgers are so cold when I receive it from them. I have complained many times before but does no good.

Always go there for the great strawberry shakes! Like a Bama recruit....5 stars!

Fries and shakes were good. Just make sure tiu check your receipt

The food was old and tasted like it had been fried in old oil.

The Previous two stars may have been a little too harsh but that's because I am not a drive -thru*/*drive-in kind of person. I usually do all of my ordering from fast foods on the inside and since it is not you'alls format of inside leisure seating, my rating for the type of service, from my point of view, did effect it.
In fact on that day, you all had the .69 burger special and I think I got a couple of them for lunch/part dinner and enjoyed them.
So! ..... Increased the rating from "two " stars to three" "*"

Extremely slow service and never gets my order right

I do not care if I am about to pass out from terrible hunger pains. I will NEVER touch this piss poor location of Checkers with a 10 feet pole!!! 1st off ,it supposed to be FAST food ,not SLOW food! I waited in my car for twenty minutes!! 2nd ,after I paid for my food ,I was not given a receipt. That is sloppy customer service! 3rd ,those incompetent fools got my order incorrect!!! This location is a embarrassment & disgrace to both the community of Mobile & the entire organization of Checkers! This location needs to either be shut down or have a 100% over turn of the people that work there!!!

Food was hot but dry and drink like water when I said something to manager was rude

This was by far, the worst experience ever!!! The girl on headset was so rude. She kept messing up my order and I had to repeat my order several times. She couldn t get the sauce of my wings right or even my drink. She kept messing up. I ordered the 10 peice when she asked 5 or 10 yet when she read my order back she still said 5, so I said that s suppose to be 10. Then her words, lord have mercy I have to start all over again . Pull up to the window, barely any napkins for my icecream. (Which was yummy btw!!). I had to ask for more because the icecream was dripping on me. Then I get home which I don t live far and the wings are hard. I was trying to eat my fries while driving, they were cold. This was so awful, please checkers get your self together or hire new employees!

The cashiers always sound irritated and /or exhausted. They usually get half my order right and the food is good for drive-thru standards, though. Whenever we ask to exclude something from a burger they put it on anyway.

I sat in front of this checkers today at the walk up window and was completely ignored they did acknowledge me being there still didn t get my order. I would not recommend this place for any one. Also other people were walking off

Well before they are usually good but i just went today and i ordered my food and the moment i was about to pull up they said they were out of apple pies...which i was rly looking forward to and also they said they would give me extra fries...but they didnt...

Their customer service is horrible. They never get my order correct I called in a complaint and ask to speak to a manager only to be told to come back to the store.When I came back and they gave me a napkin with the other person's phone number because they could not me a refund. I will never spend my money there again.

I love their deals, but it's just too usual. Everything is one note for me

Checkers changed so much the milkshakes are runny and the food taste like old possum meat...

Great tasting food, but lacking on amount of food per dollar spent.

Service today was great had the 4 for 3 Checker Burger which was made very well with just the right amount of condiments. The food was just right temperature and came up quickly. The manager was attentive and I complimented the grill person on their sandwich. YUM

Sat in line for 25 minutes, service was very poor,and my burger was burnt.

Inexpensive fairly quick food, good customer svc. Can't beat the soft serve ice cream. Nice break from the lines of the other fast food spots.

This is the third time me and my family had problems here! Starting off we was the only ppl in line. We waited about 20 plus minutes for fresh food and the order was wrong! So we had to wait in line about 15 minutes to return. When we get to the window they question us about the food without looking in the bag. On the other hand they didn t believe us the service here is ridiculous. How could we wait 20 plus minutes and you still get our order wrong. Also it was big problem getting my money back. They didn t even offer anything for messing up basically we paid for lousy service. Honestly if you want good service you will have to leave mobile. This checkers is highly not recommended. Please believe me I complain on the receipts and still nothing happens.

Went to walk up window and waited 10 minutes. Should've gone thru the drive thru. They cared more about it seemingly.

Quick fast food usually hot and fresh. Plus it was inexpensive, 4 sammichez, fries & a sweet tea for under $9.00.

Don't come often but I like the fries( all fries are not created equal).

Burgers weren't dressed correctly. Fries and cheese sticks were cold. When brought it to the staff's attention they put the same cheese sticks back in the grease contaminating it then said "that's how we do things here. We just put things back in the fryer for 30 more seconds. " When I asked for my receipt I was told that the printer wasn't working even though I watched the girl go through several printed receipts before telling me so. Then she couldn't figure it how much chambe to give me and shorted me $5.

Horrible location. I just don't feel comfortable eating there.

They are slow and nasty. I waited for 35 minutes in drive thru. If I didn't have someone in front or behind me I would have left. When I got to the window my order was run up. The cook wasn't in uniform but was standing with gloves on eating his food where they prepare the food at. While eating he licking his fingers (while he still have the gloves on). Then after eating he leaves to go outside. Im still sitting in drive thru he walks pass my car with those same gloves on. Then he goes back inside didn't change his glove but start bagging fries! Disgusting!!!!

Everything was super greasy and nasty even the fries and that used to be my favorite part of checkers

Much better than my last experience at another location. I could actually "pull to a parking lot" , and wait for the food. It was fresh, and hot. Employees were friendly, and made sure condiments were in the bag. Eye value good business.

They were quick and the food was wonderfully tasty.

Line was long but service was great as well as the food!!!

I love eating checkers. The prices are awesome. Would give 5 stars if you didn't have to sit in drive thru 20 mins with only 1 person ahead of you.

Fast service. But food was wrong. However willing to fix the issue
