I came here feeling hopeless and like that this was my last resort for me. I have suffered from chronic debilitating pain for 4.5 years. I am so glad I found these folks. I came all the way from Colorado to do treatment for depression, anxiety and chronic pain. My husband has struggled with PTSD for several years and it was affecting our every day. He wanted to be active and talked about going fishing, camping and mini vacations but every time he would talk his self out of it. Highly recommend! Very professional. Dr. Charles listened to my reasoning for being there and educated me on what the therapy consisted of and walked me through the whole process. Every time I went we went over how I was feeling and how was I managing with the issues that I went for. For me, the therapy helped me so much and I was given tools to continue to work on the issues at hand to get the full effect of the therapy. I couldn t have had a better experience!
I cannot say enough good things about my ketamine infusions that I received at Scenic City Neurotherapy. As someone diagnosed Bipolar II, I came into the ketamine experience at a pretty low point for me. After the first infusion, I knew that this was going to be very different from any of the other treatments I had been prescribed. After that initial infusion, after each subsequent infusion, I felt my symptoms and my sense of self and even reality shifting and improving.
Now that I have completed the initial course of 6 ketamine infusions, I truly feel like my life has been changed. The fog has lifted for me. I feel more resilient to handle life on life's terms. My mood is elevated, but in a very natural way. My thinking is clearer and my perspective has just shifted (in a good way). I am a military veteran and unfortunately I've struggled over the past decade with various issues that have kept me from performing at my best at work, or as the best father/husband I can be at home. Ketamine Infusions changed my life. And I didn t really think it would. I didn t go into these treatments expecting the change I ve had. I d hoped too get something that helped more than the antidepressants had. After 15 years of nothing really working, I ve had a turn around of 180. This is the first time since I was 22 that I can see that I m actually improving. It wasn t instant, but it really hit me after the treatments. The first few days after the initial treatments. I could suddenly just see clearly again. I ve still got a long way to go to being healthy again. But no pill or practice I ve ever tried had this effect. It s attacked depression like antibiotics for Bronchitis.
