I started with a "one-off" pack at the beginning of March 2021 and I decided to change to a fountain with 4 water bottles (will they arrive?), And I was told that the 3 months offered was only for new customers !! No professionalism .... no maintenance and disgusting water that could have made our employees sick .... when after a year and a half finally a "technician" comes for maintenance while the fountain is in a dirty state, it left after 2 minutes and we did not see any real change, the water still tasted bad. We canceled and the machine was picked up today. The technician cut and let it leak on the ground .. we had to mop everything up ... but fortunately a serious company has just installed a new fountain for us and nothing to do with professionalism.
