I used the co-working space, Vision Fed Hill and loved it! Great way to get out of the house while working remotely! Definitely would recommend!!!

It would be nice if they would enforce the NO SMOKING policy. I have went to the property manager, Allie, multiple times about my neighbor smoking in the building and the smoke leaking into my apartment and have been ignored each time. Due to severe health reasons I cannot be around 2nd hand smoke. It would be nice if this issue was taken seriously. Seems like all this company cares about is money. I guess this is how they treat people with disabilities. Wish they never took over this building. I was much happier with the previous owners!!

We just signed a lease and we are very happy with our lease agent Emily! She is very organized, provided videos and called me right away knowing that we have a tight moving in date, answered all our questions timely and we were able to end the apartment hunting within a day! Thanks a bunch Emily!

I have been renting space from Chasen, specifically in the Vision building, for around 6 months and it has been great! Allie is the property manager and is a joy to work with and continuously follows up with me on things I bring up to her. Looking forward to the next 6 months and more
