I have been with Stoney Norris at Chase Insurance for over a year. I was with Farm Bureau Insurance for over 20 years and switched to Stoney because the pricing was unbeatable. We recently bought a new car and the dealership failed to take care of switching the plates over and handling the proper paperwork from their end. I placed a call to Stoney at Chase Insurance and they handled everything right away which saved me from paying fees to the state.

I like the fact that my policies were looked at carefully offering me the best coverage for my house and car insurance. My agent was patient and offered options for extended coverage if I wanted it. I had to make a claim in 2019 concerning my homeowners policy. It was handed quickly and efficiently. Chase Insurance is reliable and I am 100% satisfied with Erie Insurance handling all my insurance needs.
Rec'd a much lower quote on our homeowners and auto insurance, so we went with Chase Insurance Group. Chase's quote was a good 20% lower than what we were paying . . . for the same coverage!
We chatted a bit about our current health insurance and that's where Chase really, really helped us. Chase has gone above and beyond in straightening out policies that should have been cancelled and were not. He is also trying to recover lost duplicate premium payments from two insurance companies for us. Chase has spent many hours on the phone trying to get our health insurance straightened out.
We will be sure to sign with him for all our health insurance come annual enrollment time in October, 2015.
If allowed I would give 20 stars. I called Chase to see what he could do for insurance on a new vehicle and had great coverage within 15 minutes. He guided me to add rental car insurance and keep a $0 deductible for comprehensive. Headed to work two days later, I hit a deer at 55 mph in the new car. I called Chase, who went 100% above and beyond to help me. He came to my office, helped me start my claim, lined up a rental car, took me to get the rental car, and even after all that, gave me a ride back to work after I dropped the car off at the body shop. I'm not sure what experiences you have had with your insurance agent, but I can certainly vouch for the customer service I get from Chase. Top notch.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chase Insurance! I have been with this company for almost 2 years and everything has been done with such ease! Chase recommended insurance coverage that I had not considered for rental car in case of accident and I had never had that before. He saved me money on premiums so I went with his recommendation and for that I am most thankful!! I had an accident that rendered my car unable to be driven and had no way to get to work but Chase reminded me of the rental car coverage and I am driving a wonderful, new rental while waiting on the verdict of my car!! Chase also called to check on me to make sure I was okay after the accident and he took away my worries! In addition to car insurance, he also got me signed up for a wonderful medical insurance and made it extremely easy! He is wonderful beyond words! I love dealing with a wonderful Christian man who has my best interests at heart!!!
