If allowed I would give 20 stars. I called Chase to see what he could do for insurance on a new vehicle and had great coverage within 15 minutes. He guided me to add rental car insurance and keep a $0 deductible for comprehensive. Headed to work two days later, I hit a deer at 55 mph in the new car. I called Chase, who went 100% above and beyond to help me. He came to my office, helped me start my claim, lined up a rental car, took me to get the rental car, and even after all that, gave me a ride back to work after I dropped the car off at the body shop. I'm not sure what experiences you have had with your insurance agent, but I can certainly vouch for the customer service I get from Chase. Top notch.
