The semi-buffet in the basement restaurant is delicious, but the price is getting more expensive, and the buffet lunch on the first floor is more cost-effective.

I found this hotel most accommodating, set in a perfect location handy for walking around town or catching the local transport. A great selection of breakfast dishes, good choice of dinner dishes and reasonable prices for the rooms, would definitely come again.

The place went a bit inside and the interior of the palace was rather vintage, so the shortcomings in the corridor were too narrow

Well managed hotel and located near to bus and train station. Located heart of wan chai. Nice staffs. Good budgeted hotel. Good for a duration of stay of around 10 to 15 days.

The buffet is affordable and it is convenient to shop in Causeway Bay.

The room isn't that spacy for two separate beds but still good. All the rest is really perfect.

Street is narrow, people and cars are vying for the road

This place is in between Wan Chai and Cause Way Bay MTR stations. However, this place is right in front of the bus stand which serves to be a very good commutation option from this hotel. Staff didn't seem to be very friendly which could be seen on their faces. May be it depends on the rooms we book??!! We had booked superior rooms which was very small for a week's stay with no space to store or place our luggages. All our clothes stayed in our bags for a week and used ones went back to the same bags!! Concierge was helpful in booking a taxi while we returned to airport, but he insisted to pay a fixed rounded price which later we understood that it was higher than the actual metered amount!!

Value for money . Room bit small. Furniture also old and needs to be renovated .

It is cheap and neat. However, the light did not light up well. The deposit also kept changing at the time of check-in. In the case of other rooms, it is said that the shampoo from the shower was suddenly removed while cleaning.

Basic hotel. Rooms are just queen beds packed next to each other and there's no room for anything else. Serves its purpose though and price is ok.

The quarantine room have no fridge, no room service and no chair. They provide food delivery to your room. Room cleaning is not available. Overall is acceptable.

Homemade fresh fruit tea table refreshing with moderate sweetness. The famous homemade sliced cake is definitely worth your spending 38. The cheese cake is so rich that it is scary to death, and the opera has a distinct taste.

The seafood here is good but the food is more general, but it is worthy of a generous service attitude.

There is no table, no refrigerator, or the first time to stay in such a hotel. It is even more inconvenient to bring children. Of course, the economic license will live. Accommodation was clean and spacious by Hong Kong standards. The breakfast was good and the evening buffet was superb. Service was professional. Only complain is the terrible WiFi reception. I've lived and visited Hong Kong for the last 16 years and without a doubt the WiFi I've experienced in this hotel must be the worst in Hong Kong. Even asking for a new password, reseting several times etc the speed was so slow that you can't even do the basics. My advice if you book into this hotel is to get yourself a local SIM card and buy some data.

Right in the middle of shopping/business area... Public transport is just a short distance away. Amiable staff and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to stay and dine here.

A standard four-star hotel with excellent value for money

First time to live in a room without a table and a chair, no wardrobe and fridge as well. The wifi is really bad that even WhatsApp messages couldn't be sent without waiting. Some of the staff here are not so friendly nor patient to help, but that is understandable due to the virus.
Honestly I didn't expect much from a room for quarantine, but given that I'm not allowed to leave my room, shouldn't be there a table for me to dine on???

Please call us here because there is a problem with the hotel. The house price is high but the quality is not as good as the price. The hardware is old and in disrepair. The house price is musty. It is located in the center of Causeway Bay and Wan Chai Station. Unless it is convenient to travel by bus, it is not convenient.

The night market buffet has not been eaten, but the afternoon buffet can only be used to describe the garbage.

The location is good , rooms are small , the cleaners are very kind , price is ok. Water is not free which I didn't like , wifi is so so . There is bus stop next to the hotel gate , not far from MTR ( wan chai ex: A3 )

It's OK, but being a smoke-free hotel, all the building has cigarette smell. The staff is not really friendly, maybe because of the situation in HK, everybody was kind of tense. The breakfast is really good, and you have unlimited espressos :)
