Worst valuation services ever. Not professional and doggie.
I don't mind if the valuation value is fair for 1k to value a residential house where we all know how much the bank valuers charge. Their valuation price is 400k lower than bank loan valuation for whatever reason!
After I complaint and all they do just keep on chasing their fees but do nothing. Would never recommend them if you are A developer.
