The staff is very helpful and friendly. They recommended me so many places to visit in my short trip. The room was very clean and nice.

Friendly staff, quiet location, close to town centre. Good sized room, very clean. Comfy beds, plenty of cable channels, fast and free WiFi. Good sized bathroom. Free undercover parking

The rooms were nice, but you could hear the neighbours TV through the wall. Also do not eat the breakfast there, it is not good at all. All of the drinks were basically water and the food was cold and gross.

Great value. Nice location on Banff Avenue. Very well trained front desk staff.

Comfy bed, a 10 min walk from town but staff were pretty rude. Irish fellow at front desk very unhelpful and tried to tell me I had to pay again for my accomodation when it had been paid for prior to arrival.

The rooms are surprisingly large which was a nice surprise. The complimentary breakfast is alright, but nothing too fancy. The proximity of second level rooms to the parking lot is very nice, no need to enter the building proper. Housekeeping came and woke everyone up rather early though.

Front desk didn't know answers but was helpful in finding them

Adam at the front desk was incredibly helpful. We told him we were there scouting out locations for our upcoming wedding and when we returned from dinner we found that he had left a bottle of sparkling wine and truffles for us! He really went above and beyond for customer service.
Continental breakfast in the morning was a standard cold breakfast. I would have rated 5 stars and not 4 but the orange juice was a little funky.

Diego at the front desk was a kind gentlemen who gave us a warm welcoming upon arrival. Our hotel room was a beautiful loft-like figure. Parking was not an issue, and the continental breakfast was quick and easy.

I didnt give it 5 stars because the one thing I didnt like was the room temperature! There is an odd fan on the top that blows hot and cold hair which was so incredibly noisy that we couldnt sleep the first night. And my boyfriend lost his watch in his house robe in the hotel room which is strange because he hasnt received a phone call back yet whether or not they found it. Im assuming its been washed away in the linen..his fault though but if anyone is reading this and find it contact me pleeeeeeeeeease :(

Nice enough but pretty pricey for what you get. Rooms are fine but no ceiling lighting, WiFi so slow it's basically unusable. Great location though, easily walkable to the town centre.

Hotel away from center l, with great accommodations regarding the private part as rooms but on the plus side, its corridors are exposed, forcing customers to circulate the open sky with glacial temperatures.No has restaurant, only a glass where they serve a mini breakfast I do not recommend, except in the summer ....

Great experience. Great price. Great breakfast. Service was awesome. Rooms were clean and roomy. The pool and hot tub was fun! We had a really nice time staying here. Definitely will be back again soon!

Definitely not the best. The hotel was quite a bit of money for what was a pretty marginal experience. It is not possible to change the temperature in the rooms without staff help. phone did not work and many light bulbs burned out. Just an overall lack of maintenance. It is as if the owners know the hotel is in a desirable location and therefore just don't care.

Rooms smell weird, the power sockets didn't work therefore the lamps didn't work. Our blanket had holes in it. The sponge to clean the dishes was wet when we got in. I would have preferred a new one due to covid . Plus is that it was a good size for a small family and we were able to save money with the kitchenette.
