Love the people and the facility! My dogs paradise!

Absolute best kennel we've found the staff are absolutely phenomenal and they took the time to show us the entire facility and to reassure us our pup was in good hands. Even called us a couple days into our trip to tell us our dog was having so much fun.

We really appreciate our friend R.S. for recommending Charlotte Kennels to us to board our 3 yr old dog. This was our first time boarding him since we rescued him a year ago. We were a little nervous about it but after talking to the staff and taking a tour of the facility there was no doubt in my mind that the experience would be anything but a great one for our dog and us as well.
Our dog was really glad to see me when I picked him up after two days and nights but you could tell that he was well taken care of and had plenty of fun. He was "tuckered out" and napped all the way home.
We plan to board him again soon (already made the reservation) and also use the play care from time to time.
Thanks to Charlotte Kennels and the entire staff and Audrey in particular for the great experience.

Went in for a tour to decide if this would be a good place for our dog when we are out of town. I was very impressed. The facility was well manned and maintained, and staff were very nice an professional.

Taken our 2 puppies (both less than a year old) two different times. I sent emails daily to check on them and staff answered within an hour. Gave plenty of feed back to make their stay better. 1 of our puppies was adopted from a shelter and is very fearful of many things and people. The staff was aware and spent extra time with her so she could adjust better. The kennel is located almost an hour drive from my home and they are more expensive than other kennels in the area but well worth the money and time for the quality of care given.

All of my pets always love coming to this place! They are always happy when I get them back after a trip, so that tells me that they were treated very well. I think the staff is one of the most caring that you will ever find at a kennel. When I first saw the place, I was so impressed that it was so clean and smelled of bleach water...just spotless. We have been going to them for years now.

We love Charlotte Kennels!! Koda gets so excited when I get him out of the car & he sees where he is! The staff are all wonderful they all love the animals & enjoy taking care of them & the facility is beautiful & very clean! They also have a great groomer! We highly recommend Charlotte Kennels!!

I know this is a little late but I'm going to use them again in about a month when my husband and son and I go to the mountains, so it reminded me to leave a comment. We used this kennel back in June of this year, when we went to Jamaica for a week. I've never used a kennel before so I was scared at first. The reviews made me feel a little more comfortable though. Once I got there and had a small tour, I felt more at ease and the girl that takes care of the cats (we boarded 2 cats) she was extremely nice and gentle with the other kitties. I'd say this was a great experience and I will use them from now on when we go out of town.

Charlotte Kennels has a kind and professional staff and environment. They put forward the effort to get to know their customers and pets that is hard to find anywhere else. Bonnie and I love it here. I would not even consider bringing her anywhere else.

Charlotte kennels is the best!!! everyone there is so caring and so helpful. Duncan loves going there for day care. I never worry when I have to board him I know he s well taken care of

Charlotte Kennels is great... everyone was so nice and professional. It was clean and I loved the daycare report card so I could see how his day went . I recommend this place to everyone and my dog will be back often. The prices are really affordable.

My Bulldog Georgia stayed here for a week and she came back happy and healthy. I will definitely be using Charlotte Kennels again!

We had a limited grooming appointment. It was fast, and convenient and well done. Our high strung little dog was comfortable and it went very well. She went straight to Audrey, which was very comfortable to us.
Also pleased with the cost and the results

Best ever. Such caring people. Take care of our Sammie like she is one of their own. Have been going there for day care and boarding since Sammie joined our family. Great groomers as well. Cannot speak highly enough of Charlotte Kennels.

We love Charlotte Kennels; we recently moved a little further away. We checked around and nobody seemed to fit like Charlotte Kennels so we are back and will never even consider another place. Audrey does all of our dog (Kiffin) grooming and he loves to see her! Pricing is affordable and you can'talways say that! I highly, highly, highly recommend Charlotte Kennels!

We would recommend Charlotte Kennels highly to anyone. We can tell how much all the staff genuinely love animals. The staff is very friendly. The facility is kept very clean. We love that they have outdoor wooded areas for the dogs to roam and play. We like that our two dogs can share a giant run and be together. We also appreciate and enjoy seeing pictures and videos online of our dogs enjoying themselves. The best review of all is how excited our dogs are to go to Charlotte Kennels.

We are new to North Carolina. I took my dogs for an overnight stay at this kennel based on great reviews I saw from others. After picking up my two four-legged family members this morning, I knew I had taken my babies to the right place. My dogs were happy, they had done well overnight, and I was very impressed with all the staff members who helped me before and at the end of their stay. I have no hesitation in recommending Charlotte Kennels for anyone who wants a caring environment for their pets when they need to be in a temporary home away from home.
