Prime=Rib always good. Shrimp sucked. What sense is offerring something that is not worth the plate it was served on.

Always excellent steaks cooked to perfection. Worth coming over from UK for.

If you go into an establishment and notice a wait take that as a hint they are busy. I rated it for 4 stars primarily because of my waitress. My only complaint is I wish she came to the table more often. Again, I understood they were busy and did not want to rate them lower because of that. The food was great!

Good food but our server was really bad and was rushing us

Isn't the same as it used to be. The bartender told me they recently removed the double-cut prime rib from the menu. The all you can eat ribs special was a good deal. But not a nightly promotion.

Good cheeseburger but fair French fried. Also I found dish plate doesn't full clean. Salad bar look good.

Great staff and food, but could use a good renovation. Salad bar is pretty great too.

Changing my rating after tonight's meal. Jason was an excellent waiter this evening. It's been a while since I had such impeccable and attentive service. The food selection has also greatly improved and I tried some of the new items on the menu this evening.

Food great! Service not so much... took 15 minutes to acknowledge we were there after going back to the hostess who did apologize. ... this is the only time we have had trouble! Great burgers and very good prime rib!

The salad bar is fantastic. The pasta entree pasta was too over cooked. My friend had the crab cakes also okay but not great. The staff is fantastic. Sorry but not up to expectations!!!

I love this restaurant. The food is great and so is their salad bar and bread. The beef comes out exactly how you order it. This is a casual restaurant, but I would not go in cut off shorts and a little nicer at night. There is no actual dress code that I am aware of. If you go and like it, get a handshake club card where you can get more specials and nice discounts.

Very nice and familiar place, the food is amazing. You really have a good time there.

We've been there over 15 years.

Arrived at about 5pm. Asked to be seated in a booth in the bar. The restaurant was 3/4 empty. My partner and I sat down and immediately heard horrible, really loud music. We come CB,s on a fairly regular basis and never experienced this before. I asked the person doing the seating to either turn down the music or move us. After 5 min, nothing happened so, I found another staff member to move us. We placed our orders and a young child commenced screaming at the top of her lungs. Not one person to.d these people that the screaming was disturbing the few other diners in the room. To make my dining experience even more special; I was awakened in the middle of the night with various forms of gastric distress! I will never subject myself to a restaurant experience like that again!

My four year old's favorite. And I don't mind having a beer while he chows down! Very good place, we come here all the time.

Good steaks, and a great ask you can eat salad bar.

Delicious food. My suggestion for dessert is the skillet cookie with mint chocolate chip ice cream. Nice atmosphere and friendly service.

Excellent soups and extensive salad bar. Just right for lunch.

Person at door was nasty. Asked for table told they only had booths but they had 5 open tables. And a waiting room of full of people. Meal was mediocre. Waitress was very good though.

Good go-to restaurant. We like the booths over the table seating in the middle of the room(s). Food is okay.

Been going to Charlie Brown's for many years & very rarely disappointed. However, tonight the "new" Lemon Chicken entree was just ok, should've gotten the Parmesan Crusted Chicken which is always delicious.

Great parking.The food is basic with a large salad bar. Good place for casual dining.

I want to preface this by saying, I've been here a few times and the servers and hosts are really nice. The food is ok too, however... my wife and I went for an early lunch (we were the first ones there) and she got the salad bar. There was a bug (some sort of beetle) crawling deep in her coleslaw. I made the host aware and the manager came. He said he would take the salad off of our bill and then added "maybe it fell off of your shirt". We didn't eat our meal and left. One word of advice for management. If a customer finds a bug in the food, don't blame the customer for the bug.

Update: I wrote an email in reply to the reply below on 7/31. Over a month later no reply. Good job caring about customers!

Can't believe I haven't been here before! Salad bar is 6 out of 5 stars - everything was fresh and very good selection! Extra point for a sangria- not much in common with the real sangria, but tasty and refreshing Orange juice alcohol containing drink=))
Our server (her name starts with letter J, can't remember now) was 100% professional, responsive and had a great attitude!

I don t know how the food is, because we waited 40 minutes to be seated at 3 o clock in the afternoon on a Sunday. You would assume they were busy, but they were not there were plenty of tables! The hostess refused to seat us as she stated she had a table reserved for 5 o clock. That s right 5 when we were there at 3. It was my daughters 4th birthday. We were having our family birthday party for my daughter and instead of sitting us at the table that was reserved for 5 o clock and reserving another, they made us wait for 40 minutes until we just left. My daughter loves Charlie Browns and her birthday was ruined. We drove 40 minutes to go to that particular Charlie Browns near my father s house, we are from Ridgefield. The hostess was so rude to our whole family I believe her name was Abby. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER CHARLIE BROWNS AGAIN! This place deserves no stars!

Always enjoy dining here, whether for lunch or dinner. Food consistently prepared well, tasty, and good-sized portions. Very reasonable prices. Main dining room is comfortable, as is the bar seating. Haven't been disappointed here yet! And that salad bar...best we've seen!

Been going here for years. The salad bar has a vast selection. Lots of salads and stuff with lots of ingredients. I choose mostly fresh plain salad items. My son loves the chopped chicken liver. I enjoy all the different breads particularly the raisin with its chewy crust.

Great salad bar is enough to satisfy. Efficient service. Clean tables.

Salad bar is great, but Mrs. Browns meatloaf is exceptional. Taste like Mom's meatloaf.

Last minute dinner out when a glass broke and shards fell in all of our just-plated home-cooked meal. Luckily local CB was open on a Monday night. Food was yummy...appys, soups, entrees. Service friendly and helpful. But overall experience was tainted by strong, pervasive smell of an old kitchen sponge. Sadly, not likely to return any time soon.

Decided to give CB a shot since I was working in the area. The parking lot was full, and there was a wait so I grabbed a seat at the bar. The salad bar was tasty, with the usual fixings. The macaroni salad was especially good, along with crisp salad and crunchy tomatoes with creamy Italian for dressing. The filet mignon was cooked perfect, with a lobster tail to boot. Mashed potatoes were also very good, as was the gravy on the side. Overall was very good, except for the complaining guy and his girlfriend sneezing all over the bar. I guess you can't pick your neighbors !!! :)
