BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU TAKE YOUR COMPUTERS/PHONES!!!!

Just a friendly heads up! I just went into charisma productions, to rectify the fact that the worker put in outdated equipment (where I used to have an HDMI port, was replaced with a VGA...don't know what that is? I had to Google it myself. Also had to modify my laptop by cutting it to fit the piece in there) and when I walked in, he immediately told me that I have an attitude and to come back when I have a better one, which is ridiculous. My attitude is because you broke my laptop and didn't say anything then tried to give me an adapter...which surprise surprise, he didn't actually cut up my laptop enough to fit the adapter anyway. When he couldn't get the adapter in, threw cords at me and told me to leave or "he'll call the cops" . Haha so I go to leave and he says, "I still wanna rectify this" to which I replied "no you don't you are a liar" to witch his response was "ya know what f off"..

So if you need something fixed or looked at, I would think more than twice about this place. He'll leave you high and dry while cussing you out!

I dont know about Charisma productions. But Charisma computer repair has a lot of bad reviews and I am one more. I am going to the BBB and all the other customer fraud agencies to see if this guy can be charged. Any help you can give me, info or agencies, will be appreciated.

Every time I need a repair this is the place to go. Great customer service.

My husband got his sceen fitted here. Phone was not working couldn't hear calls. Everytime he pressed on the screen it flickered!! His phone drop from about 2 feet and tge screen popped right off!! Very disappointed for the $140 paid

Dropped off our computer to have it repaired thinking that it probably just needed a new battery... It was there for over a week, we never got a phone call back... When I called to see if they had fixed it, they said "I don't think there is anything we can do I think it's fried..." I then asked them what made them think that and if they checked the battery? lol and they said "not yet, that was the next thing we're going to do"... Uh... you just told me you think it's fried, you couldn't answer why you thought it was fried, you've had it over a week and you haven't even tested the battery? Riiight... So I told them I'd be in to pick it up. I gave them 2 stars because they didn't try and charge me.

If I could rate a zero I would. Never ever go there. Terrible service, arguing with customers, never fixed my problem and still charged me almost $100. Very very unsatisfied customer.

I have been coming in off and on your several years. I have had my computers fix successfully for reasonable prices and time. I recently was in a bind and need a quick fix of a computer part I damaged from trying to fix it myself. They were able to straighten it out in short order. I was very happy and saved me from buying a new system.

Unprofessional, not knowledgeable, and overpriced. Anything this shop can do for you, you can do yourself with a quick Google search and a few YouTube videos. (Owner will probably respond to this review and say something negative about me).

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! Should have heeded others warnings!! I wish 0 stars was an option - or negative stars for that matter. We've now paid money for our iPad to be more broken than when we brought it in a MONTH AND A HALF ago!

We brought in a broken iPad Mini screen to be replaced and they said it would be fixed in "a couple days" which ended up turning into 3 weeks. When we picked it up the auto wake function didn't work anymore.

Brought it back, said he needed to order another screen that had the right parts?? (I'm guessing the magnets...) Then after 2 more weeks we got the iPad back and the screen itself wouldn't stay on - it kept lifting off all the way around the iPad.

Took it back again, said they'd fix it. Took another week. This time the home button no longer worked - they added an on screen button though - because you know, that's totally the same thing. Not. Also, the home button is crooked, there's scratches on the underside of the screen (where the black part is around the home button), AND the screen it STILL lifting at the corners. The power button only sometimes works and now sticks. When we complained he told us that we were being "nit-picky" and that this was what we were getting and said he would refund us the cost of labor at $70 but not for the $70 for the replacement screen and LCD.

I get that we did in fact walked away with a working screen but we also walked away with them damaging our iPad enough that it's made it unusable for us. Resulting in us just scrapping this whole thing and buying a new one all together.

In the end we paid $70 to give them a fully functioning iPad that needed the screen replaced but ended up with an iPad with a working screen (that's damaged and coming off) and it's main buttons not working properly or at all. Plus the cost of a brand new one to replace it.

Went in for a iPhone 6 battery replacement they ordered one and it was there within a few days. Came in that day and was fixed within minutes. Been a few weeks and battery is doing great! Employees were kind and helpful in the process and it was a lot cheaper than other places I looked into.

For the not home theater biz but the cellular repair biz...they have friendly staff not so good service needs improvement...ordered a part last week didn't get a call that it was in to take the device in to have repaired...went in to try and get refunded since we paid in full before they weren't going to refund amount...paid $162.00 for a screen that is slightly too small for the phone and when the old screen was taken off it wasn't properly cleaned up because the new screen doesn't stay down in some spots an the camera spot isn't properly aligned for that price i could have probably just bought a replacement phone of it wasn't for the fact this was already an upgraded phone...i could have just bought a new screen online and just did it myself for cheaper...i figured i would give this place a try and they would have made it look brand new....very very disappointed plus we were told it would only take about an hour to an hour and a half it took three and a half hours...they also need to work on time management...very displeased

We are very grateful for all the thorough and professional work Charisma Productions has done for us over the last 10 years or so and would highly recommend this company.

I read the reviews before going in, yet still decided to give them a shot... I m glad I did!

I went and got my iPhone 6 battery changed with a new one, intentionally went in there to get some answers and prices but they provided me the intel I needed and a price lower than the Apple store. ($70, but still better than $80 and sending the phone away for multiple days). They luckily had a battery on stock, told me to be back in an hour, and it all went smoothly.
I will admit that the staff are very casual, but not rude. They gave me tips on how to extend the life of my battery too!

Definitely coming back for my laptop screen...

Everyone at Charisma was friendly and helpful. Extremely good price for cleaning up the virus. They also offer virus protection. No more Norton!!!. Thanks to all for their help. I highly recommend.

Charged my brother inlaw to fix his phone but did not fix the problem and no refund and after reading all the bad reviews about this place I'm sure they won't last long and its funny he's all over replying defending him self lolol find a new gig buddy and no this review is not for the wrong place

This site is for Charisma Productions Home Theater not Charisma Computer and Cellular. We share the space but not the same business. Do not ever take your business to this place. My cousin went to this place and got horrible service.

Harley has worked on stuff for us before. Honest and always helpful.

Dident glue my back glass and 2 weeks later it is cracked again. I dident pay to have my phone back worse then it went in.

Last year I took three iPads in there. Two for new screens and one for battery. It took over 5 weeks to get one back. My sons iPad mini they put a new screen on it and then it wouldn t turn on. They broke the other iPads home button and no new battery. And no refund was given. So I went home with a broken unusable iPad for my autistic son. It worked great before I took it there just broken screen. An iPad with new screen but it broke same week. And my moms iPad with no new battery and broken home button. They robbed us. Broke our things and gave excuses and wanted to charge us more to fix the items. DONT GO TO CHARISMA PRODUCTIONS EVER!!!! They bash customers who leave reviews they do not like. I have audio proof of several poor interactions at the store with these scammers.
