When you first check in, they gave u a free handmade bracelet.It was really nice though but I kept on loosing it because I went on a swim and all of a sudden it fell of but it's ok. I think the reason why they gave u handmaiden bracelet is because they know that u arleady be apart.

Also be really carfull at night, there is a dog sitting right next to the service. If u touch it, he will get mad at u. That dog is just trying to protect them. Just watch out.he is cut btw.

Made a reservation with this place that was supposedly free cancellation. They charged my card once I made the reservation (which I was fine with), but then decided to cancel 23 days before my stay was scheduled to start. I had to write them 8 days after that to ask about my refund and they said they would process it next week. Pretty disappointing for a supposedly 5-star place. I am pretty sure it is a nice place to stay but only book in advance if you are sure you will stay there. Their free-cancel claim really means you will get refunded a month+ later.

UPDATE: Thanks for your response Mr. Georgi. Unfortunately your information doesn't match my records. I replied to your communication on Nov 25 about wanting a refund and then again on December 1. Glad to show you those emails if you would like. I look forward to hopefully staying with you all in the future as your place looks awesome, but from my records there was over a one week delay from when the request was made till it was acknowledged. Hope you are doing okay in these tough times.

What a stunning resort. The photos and descriptions didn't do it justice. The setting is absolutely serene. The villas well appointed. The rice fields and jungle surround you. I've stayed in a number of hotels and villas in Ubud and this is, by far, my favorite. Lots and lots of space in the villas. Beautiful views of both the rice fields and jungle in villa 6. Beautiful during the day and at night. We extended our stay because it was such a nice place to stay.

The pool area in the room and the central pool are great. There's a gym, spa, and a few restaurants too. Along with a bar.

Do note that it's not downtown, but with grab or gojek that's not a problem. Service and food in the restaurant could use a bit of an improvement, but that didn't take away from the stay.

Nice place for a weekend escape. Cozy modern looking rooms and facilities. Customer service was ok and so the food.

the place is clean, natural, gives the impression of extraordinary Balinese nature.. Breakfast is excellent

Nice view, fantastic room, excellent and warm service from all of their staffs.

Located around 10 minutes ( by driving) outside Ubud Center , it rest peacefully atop of tranquil jungle valley.

If you love jungle and rice fields view, quite and private place .. this is the right place for you.

From the outside, I knew it was a very nice place for a staycation. The exterior design was marvellous and it's just perfect because the interior was great too. The pool at Jungle Fish was magnificent and fun to dip in to in the afternoon (or basically anytime like I did).

I love the ambience; quiet and so peaceful. I think all the villas are designed considerably for peace-seeker. I didn't like a crowded site so coming to Chapung Sebali was the right choice I made. The villas are beautifully design for the guests' comfort, it was truly a friendly hospitality experience too from the staff there! Literally from my arrival to my check out time, they were so helpful and kind.

Also the bedroom was so comfy and relaxing. Spending 5 nights was not enough and I feel like coming again with my wife next time.

Totally recommend this villa for those who seek comfort and tranquility!

Wow...word can't describe this place. It's so beautiful. The staff are amazing. From the moment you walk in you feel so welcomed. The staff at the dragon fish restaurant, the workout trainers in the beautiful gym and the awesome pool view. We stayed a week and are a family of 5 and we didn't want to leave.
