Made a reservation with this place that was supposedly free cancellation. They charged my card once I made the reservation (which I was fine with), but then decided to cancel 23 days before my stay was scheduled to start. I had to write them 8 days after that to ask about my refund and they said they would process it next week. Pretty disappointing for a supposedly 5-star place. I am pretty sure it is a nice place to stay but only book in advance if you are sure you will stay there. Their free-cancel claim really means you will get refunded a month+ later.

UPDATE: Thanks for your response Mr. Georgi. Unfortunately your information doesn't match my records. I replied to your communication on Nov 25 about wanting a refund and then again on December 1. Glad to show you those emails if you would like. I look forward to hopefully staying with you all in the future as your place looks awesome, but from my records there was over a one week delay from when the request was made till it was acknowledged. Hope you are doing okay in these tough times.
