I am so very disappointed in the services my Grandmother received and my family received. I would never ever recommend this Hospice provider to anyone. What a horrible organization. Their license to provide Hospice care should be revoked in my opinion. They absolutely failed us.

The home hospice nurses (my dad was on the burgundy team) were negligent and uncaring. When my family urgently tried to express to the nurses our concern for sudden swelling we were seeing happen to my dad, they repeatedly dismissed us. We asked to see a dr. or nurse practitioner and that never happened. We were again dismissed. He was rushed to the hospital when he collapsed one morning and it turned out that he was sceptic from a very bad infection due to a dirty catheter foley the nurses never bothered to change. My dad could not fight such a bad infection on top of the cancer. The doctors said the infection was so bad, it would be hard on a healthy person. It's devastating. My dad was so young and full of life, but LifePath made it impossible for him to have a fighting chance. They wanted to keep him sedated and out of it. Everything we asked about, the answer was...yes that's normal, we just want to keep him comfortable. It's a tragedy.
Having to deal with this group has been painful. The switchboard operators completely rude. I will never recommend this hospice group.
Father died July 6th and Funeral home just called again stating the doctors at Hospice still have not signed off on Death Certificate. My father's body is still waiting to be cremated and we can't do anything with his Estate because of this.
Scared me to death. Called me about my husband saying his discharged already, home and heading to hospice. I asked when was that guy said 30 minutes ago. I called the hospital, nobody knows about it. He still in the hospital being treated.
My grandmother was evacuated to melech due Irma and wasn't given her insulin for ten days. Now she can eat solid foods or talk. I can't believe this. My heart and the hearts of my family are broken.
