I had never heard of Corporate Chaplains in my life until I moved to Alabama for a new job. It was really a foreign idea to me...I was puzzled that such a thing even existed. Once I moved past that...as an employee, my family and I were richly blessed by our corporate chaplain, Richard Buckley. I just really can't explain how much it helped to have someone listen to my concerns and pray for me and my family. And then not only that....but to truly help whenever he could.
Then as the executive director of a new organization, I was building a team of 130 people and I knew that I wanted Corporate Chaplains for my new team. One of the most compassionate things a leader can do is to provide this service for their team. Not only did this help my team, but it helped my organization as a whole thrive and run smoother. Life is hard and when employees realize their leader cares for them in tangible ways it is incredible the loyalty it builds. Some people may not want to pay for such a service as corporate chaplains but I can tell you from personal experience as a leader of complex and varied teams...it is worth every penny you will spend. In our world today Corporate Chaplains provides a way to care for your team in a special way, that is really not like anything else you will encounter. It can also help the bottom line of your company. When employees can receive counsel and prayer for issues going on in their personal lives, it actually helps them be more efficient and productive in their work life. This is a win-win relationship. If you are on the fence about providing this service for your business or team...please let me encourage you that you won't be sorry.

I have had the privilege of working with CCA through our chaplain program. We provide the chaplain service at some of our terminals and are very pleased with the care and compassion given to our employees by their chaplains. They are well trained and professional. He works here & he can't even stick around for explaining Something he pointed out.
You know, this gives little doubt why he lost his post at the church he pastored.
This, is not a substantial way of handling matters...
To engage in discussion then suddenly to stop & refuse to continue when you press for further details.
I'd avoid this business if I were you.

Wonderful group of people on a beautiful campus that they open up to those who need a space to meet, or who just want to do a little fishing in the pond on the property.

If I were not a Christian business Owner, which I am, I would still strongly recommend CCA to any and all businesses to include those that do not identify as a Christian business. The support for employees alone in terms of providing a confidential outlet to talk and be encouraged easily justifies the cost of having a company chaplain. There is no better way to support your employees than for them to know that you are doing something to invest in their well being.

Our chaplain has covered our business for over 6 years and he knows who to speak with about Jesus and who to simply listen too. CCA has been the best outside investment that we have made in our 22 years of business. Our employees trust Greg, our chaplain, and lean on him in many situations. He has not only been there for them but also for me and is a vital part of our team.

I have witnessed an abundance of spiritual fruit. Our chaplain meets with our Christian employees, who voluntarily attend, once a week. The growth in our group as brothers is huge. We are learning the overall message of the Bible, taking scripture in context, and applying it into daily work and home life.

Our chaplain has attended funerals, weddings, and even performed a baptism. What more can I say, sign up and you will not regret it.
