These guys are in the premium water filter business and they know their stuff. We purchased a complete system and had a number of challenges related to the unique plumbing set up at our house. To be honest we'd never have got set up if it weren't for the tireless help of Mauricio who must have spent over an hour with me in total via Skype figuring out the exact issue. You can get a simple water filter from anywhere, but if you're really serious about your water Chanson have the expertise you need.

FRAUD? Amazon purchase. Sent me a $800 3 stage filter without most needed parts to make it work, tried to gouge me 70$ for 6$ worth of parts. Unit states that it includes these plastic plumbing parts, never sent. Bad attitude from the first second. Rude, called me a liar, hung up. Bad experience!
