FRAUD? Amazon purchase. Sent me a $800 3 stage filter without most needed parts to make it work, tried to gouge me 70$ for 6$ worth of parts. Unit states that it includes these plastic plumbing parts, never sent. Bad attitude from the first second. Rude, called me a liar, hung up. Bad experience!
