Worst working experience! The one who massages the ego of top management gets a promotion. They may appreciate your hard work but won't ever give you the promotion.

They are terrible at the time of employee separation as well.

Really a bad place to work.. So much of political and partial environment. Managers are not at all coordinating. They show partiality on your face and create a bad work environment. Never prefer this place for anyone to work.

Know Channel Technologies since last 20 years and can vouch for their business ethics and employee welfare. It's a fact they have nurtured so many fresh talent over the past so many years and they all are working in the best companies now. Working in CT for few years can make one unleash true potential and confidence of getting any work done.

It's our freedom of expression/speech and social responsibility also . I don't think that it's wrong to leave a public message on social media for Top authorities and outsiders.

In my last review I have shared my experience but doing so some people got hurted as they are thinking I have commented directly on their personal Life. I apologize to all those person ,especially Mr. Satish Yadav. My intention was to pass my message to top authorities and share my experience don't want to hurt anybody

Great organisation to work at! Management people are excellent and great problem-solvers. There are lots of opportunities to grow and explore. The environment is friendly and you'll enjoy your time here.

I have worked in CT for 3 years. I joined as a Manager and later promoted as Dy general manager. It was a great working experience.Got to learn a lot about direct marketing and lead gen campaigns. The directors are very qualified and helpful. They guide you in every phase of your work. I wish them all the very best.
