I just bought a truck from there and they were SO very nice and courteous and helpful but I do have to say that 3 days later I was already having problems starting it and I didn't like how they acted like they weren't aware, because I can tell when people are lying. Also, there is a sign at the front desk that says "No Pronto Policies", well I have had Pronto for years so I was a little upset, but I went ahead and called THEIR insurance person. I ended up going with ANOTHER insurance place, but I just spoke to the lien holder and they told me they don't care at all who I have insurance with so I will be switching back to my original company. If you do go there and you do have Pronto and you wish to keep Pronto, don't let them convince you that you can't, because you can. They just want to push their friend's insurance company on you.

Furious over this place i only had my car not even more than a year sold me a cracked engine and other problems to it but most importantly the engine has to be the worse i went there because i saw great reviews for this place but seem to be the opposite how can you say you have paperwork that there was no seal nothing wrong with the motor when i specifically took it to my mechanic and he overlooked it that there was a seal put in prior before i had it! Now i got a big expense to make thanks!!!!
