Great experience! Knowledgeable staff who have a passion for MOPAR! I love their one price concept. Do your research, they have the best prices on cars in Central Indiana. I love my certified pre-owned Challenger R/T. She is awesome! Ray Hoffman and Steve Pumphrey were great to work with! I will be recommending them to my friends.

I ll never step foot in that facility again. What started out as a simple brake and caliper work on my Wrangler turned into ABS, ESC and TRAC lights jumping on like crazy. Second trip up there involved sensor on the same rear wheel to be replaced. Kept telling them something was grinding and lights still kept coming on. Just left there and now more money to be thrown at something that should have been resolved from the start. Stop just running codes, look at the parts themselves and you ll notice out the gate when issues need to be addressed.

Jerrill Freeman is the best in the biz! I ve always dreamed of having a Grand Jeep Cherokee since I was a kid and Jerrill helped me reach my goal. He went above and beyond to find the perfect car for me. He even placed my car plate on my front bumper free of charge! He made the process of purchasing my car easy and spent ample time with my family and I. Whenever it s time for me to get a new car again I will return here!

In fact everyone at Champion made me feel like I was part of the family from Doc to Eddie. I recommend that everyone should go to Champion. I will be buying all my vehicles from them.

My experience buying a new Jeep for the first time was refreshingly pleasant. The salesman, Kris, was knowledgeable and guided me to the right fit in a new car. The finance team was also very positive and completed the transaction in a timely manner. I look forward to leasing my next vehicle through Champion Jeep with Kris Groninger.

The customer service here is terrible they put over 15 inquiries on my credit! Gene Allen is the most argumentative person I have ever came across. Gene Allen Brandon Brown and Dennis Henson are rude not professional and business tactics are un ethical. I was promised a discounted extended warranty and leather to be installed on my seats, then after closing they said I wouldn t get any of it. They sold me a car with bald tires that they wouldn t even look at. They make car buying a nightmare

I m very disappointed that I leased a 2018 Grand C...

I m very disappointed that I leased a 2018 Grand Cherokee Jeep Laredo and I had an issue with my brakes shortly after leasing. This was a brand new vehicle with less than 2000 miles.
I was told that a hose came loose and I was leaking brake fluid. I was having to press the brake pedal almost to the floor in order to stop. A brake light warning came on and indicator message read brake fluid low. I was also told the master cylinder was empty as well.
This was very scary for me as it could have resulted in a bad accident. I m just thankful that it didn t.
Once I called the service department to report the issue they got me in right away and took care of the problem.

I was completely ripped off by the service department. Without even notifying me, they charged me $165 to read the error code on my car. Any auto parts, or shop in the area would have completed it for free. At a minimum they could have informed me of the charge.

To top it off, they held on to my car over the weekend, because they couldn't reach me. #lies

Poor customer service in the Service department. Don't deal with Ron or John. Their listening skills need a hearing aid. Ask for Clarence, he is the only one that has customer service skills.

I have purchased many vehicles over the years, but my recent experience purchasing a Jeep Wrangler at Champion was the best car buying experience I've had. At this point, I don't think there is any way we would ever return to Westgate. Champion has put in the work to earn our business!

Called to see if they had a part for my car they said that they did so I said I would be there to pick it up so when I arrived there to pick it up they said sorry we don't have your part after just telling me they did after driving about an hour for nothing needless to say I was very irritated and all I got was a sorry I definitively won't be going back there for anything.

Immanuel was extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to be sure I received the best deal possible. Went to get battery for my remote for my vehicle. The salesman came to me saw I was on crutches. He took my key to get a battery and was nice not to charge me for it even though I was prepared to pay for it. That's good customer service. Will go back to get me a remote starter when I get my funds.

Diagnostic fee to tell me my battery needed replacement, $120. It's free at Autozone and from the tow company. What a waste.... Also, paid $159 for full detail and seat belt is filthy with dusty door handles and some kind of white stuff on the seat. What fun. The positive is they were understanding when I couldn't drive and was on medical leave and my vehicle had to sit on the lot for 2 mos.

If I could rate this a -5 I would. The overall service was terrible. We came to them with an engine light being on and genuinely curious as to why it was. John was the service advisor and David smith was the technician. After day 4 and having run around after run around they said the car was being worked on. Okay. Next day comes and I m told car isn t done because the parts didn t come in until the day before late and wasn t worked on. So I was lied to. So the car took 6 days total. Was given a rental to drive for one day and had to cancel many things other days due to no vehicle for spouse. Same night engine light turns back on. So tells us they didn t look at everything and that s what we paid for a diagnostic fee for the first time to know EXACTLY what s wrong with our vehicle after having to tell them about the oil leak to fix our first problem on our own without them even looking for it!! They tell us our catalytic converters were installed backwards & o2 sensors were off. We went back to the place we got them done at and had them redo them with a whole assembly to ensure they re done properly. We were told this time they thought 100% it d fix the problem and it didn t clearly because here comes another engine light! This time we told them the same things like what we ve been saying from the very beginning!! Just because it wasn t wrote down when we talked about it Jeff Klein the director made it seem like we never mentioned these things to John or jay r the assistant manager when there. Which we did. So the code p06dd pops up which says in these specific vehicles it s a dual oil stage pump, oil pressure sensor/switch or dirty oil. So, them knowing all this info once again they tell us to bring it in and they d take care of us and make it right. After everything we ve been through. We bring the car there & after TWO days of being there they call us after saying they d call us with an update the first day even though we showed up late... which didn t happen. When we got called after paying $1,100 for the oil leak and money we had to pay for the converters at another company we re told to get an engine replacement??? No signs of engine replacement being needed at all and they say it s an internal engine oil leak and there s no such thing as that. It would just be something with pistons or bearings or gaskets/seals but talking with another mechanic we were suggested to always start with the code that pops up because it wouldn t pop up for no reason. I feel as though they want to replace the engine to make it seem like they did a job well done because they finally got the light to stay off with a new engine after being there 4 separate times?? No. Each time our engine light was reset, concerns weren t really addressed, the assistant manager jay r always seemed to forget about things and like he never knew what was going on, always got told we d be taken care of that wasn t the case. The service advisor John always had bad communication and never knew what he was talking about either and told elongated stories about certain things then would switch around on next call, and lastly Jeff Klein the director of service basically covered for his employees and stayed on his employees side 100% and didn t care about our concerns all because my spouse was very upset in the background because of everything that we went through with them just for Jeff to act like it wasn t a big deal about any of it and completely refuse us because of how he was responding in the background when I was on the phone with Jeff. It s unacceptable for a dealership as a whole and we will never return here again. They aren t willing to work with you at all clearly all cover for each other they don t truly care about customer first. Also when we were standing there John acted like I didn t hear him yelling jay r to just hand us the papers because he was trying to rush us out of there because of how my spouse reacted to their bs while being there! This dealership has only good reviews for sales not service and we see why! Horrible company!

This dealership is only interested in making a sale. I purchased a 2010 Jeep Liberty from them. After getting the vehicle home I notice a lock on the pin for the trailer hitch. I was only given 2 vehicle keys and no key for the hitch. I contacted them several times, and all they would offer to do is cut the pin off. I ask for a key or for them to contact the prior owner to obtain the key. Obvious it wasn't important to them. Look for another dealer that provides better customer service.

I have pretty bad social anxiety, and I saw a van online that I liked and could probably pay cash for, and decided to drive over to see if I could look at it and while I was in my car browsing the lot for the said van, a sales guy was flagging me down. Maybe that type of tactic works for some people, but for me, it made me think, if this guy is so eager to sell me a car, and he's willing to flag me down and chase my car down essentially, then I probably don't need this van. I could have given him a chance but I've been in these predatory sales guy situations before and my current car is paid off and I just wanted to casually look, and I'm not sure why champion wouldn't allow me to do that. lol

Stopped in for a simple oil change! Never approached by any Service Writer. All four sat in front of their computers, frantically searching for the meaning of life??? Finally I approached the young lady who looked approachable and she shared the pricing $85, for a soul change. A little steep, especially for the introduction. Any additional service included might have won me over! Hello Tire Discounters, $48.95, tire rotation, windows cleaned, air filter checked.

Tried charging me $120 for a quote that I literally called and said "how much to do this?" He responded 90 seconds later after talking to a tech and answered. Car was in for other service and I declined this add-on service but that diagnostic charged showed up. They removed it after the service manager spoke to his manager, so no harm done, but it was very shady that they had it on there to begin with.

Also, after the sale, when I tried to contact them, I got one perfunctory email and then no response from any contact there. Almost two weeks after my purchase, and they are no longer responding to me.

Awful awful awful. In less than a year I need new ...

Awful awful awful. In less than a year I need new tires (the third set). Why? For starters, they were never aligned properly.

I took it back to Champion repeatedly over the course of a year to address the irregular wearing of my tires, to which I was told was normal wear. Now that my tire is almost bald, they re deeming it irregular and that I should have brought it to their attention. Seriously?!?
Then a banging noise started occurring. I took it to Champion in hopes it fell under warranty. I was told I needed new struts. After getting a second opinion, i found out it ended up being a loose bolt that Champion never tightened from my last alignment. Amongst this, a host of other issues that were never resolved. What a nightmare.

Long story short, if you want to be charged for work that s not done properly or unnecessary, this is your place. All of this has really made me regret my purchase.

We had a great experience with Champion. We worked with Kris Groninger and he went above and beyond to show us a variety of vehicles to be certain that we got what we wanted. We actually spent several hours with him and he was always patient, helpful, and willing to answer all of my questions. He was not pushy or demanding. He was very likeable and personable, making it easy to want to purchase a car from him. I highly recommend asking for him if you shop Champion Chrysler Jeep Dodge! I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Kris!
