If I could rate this a -5 I would. The overall service was terrible. We came to them with an engine light being on and genuinely curious as to why it was. John was the service advisor and David smith was the technician. After day 4 and having run around after run around they said the car was being worked on. Okay. Next day comes and I m told car isn t done because the parts didn t come in until the day before late and wasn t worked on. So I was lied to. So the car took 6 days total. Was given a rental to drive for one day and had to cancel many things other days due to no vehicle for spouse. Same night engine light turns back on. So tells us they didn t look at everything and that s what we paid for a diagnostic fee for the first time to know EXACTLY what s wrong with our vehicle after having to tell them about the oil leak to fix our first problem on our own without them even looking for it!! They tell us our catalytic converters were installed backwards & o2 sensors were off. We went back to the place we got them done at and had them redo them with a whole assembly to ensure they re done properly. We were told this time they thought 100% it d fix the problem and it didn t clearly because here comes another engine light! This time we told them the same things like what we ve been saying from the very beginning!! Just because it wasn t wrote down when we talked about it Jeff Klein the director made it seem like we never mentioned these things to John or jay r the assistant manager when there. Which we did. So the code p06dd pops up which says in these specific vehicles it s a dual oil stage pump, oil pressure sensor/switch or dirty oil. So, them knowing all this info once again they tell us to bring it in and they d take care of us and make it right. After everything we ve been through. We bring the car there & after TWO days of being there they call us after saying they d call us with an update the first day even though we showed up late... which didn t happen. When we got called after paying $1,100 for the oil leak and money we had to pay for the converters at another company we re told to get an engine replacement??? No signs of engine replacement being needed at all and they say it s an internal engine oil leak and there s no such thing as that. It would just be something with pistons or bearings or gaskets/seals but talking with another mechanic we were suggested to always start with the code that pops up because it wouldn t pop up for no reason. I feel as though they want to replace the engine to make it seem like they did a job well done because they finally got the light to stay off with a new engine after being there 4 separate times?? No. Each time our engine light was reset, concerns weren t really addressed, the assistant manager jay r always seemed to forget about things and like he never knew what was going on, always got told we d be taken care of that wasn t the case. The service advisor John always had bad communication and never knew what he was talking about either and told elongated stories about certain things then would switch around on next call, and lastly Jeff Klein the director of service basically covered for his employees and stayed on his employees side 100% and didn t care about our concerns all because my spouse was very upset in the background because of everything that we went through with them just for Jeff to act like it wasn t a big deal about any of it and completely refuse us because of how he was responding in the background when I was on the phone with Jeff. It s unacceptable for a dealership as a whole and we will never return here again. They aren t willing to work with you at all clearly all cover for each other they don t truly care about customer first. Also when we were standing there John acted like I didn t hear him yelling jay r to just hand us the papers because he was trying to rush us out of there because of how my spouse reacted to their bs while being there! This dealership has only good reviews for sales not service and we see why! Horrible company!
