Easy enough transfer to Chamonix - appreciate help from our driver Chris and team to sort getting us to our Chalet

Review of shared transfer. 2 hours late on the way to the slopes. Booked 7am pickup on return for a 1050 flight. Pickup changed to 515 by Chamexpress and had to wait in airport for 4 hours rather than 2 hours which would have been sufficient for the time of year!! Next time I'll use a private transfer with another company or take the public buses.

Punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and very competitive. Been using these guys for years for ski transfers from Geneva to Chamonix and Geneva to Morzine. Well recommended. Thanks also to our driver Chris for making our Journey comfortable and enjoyable!

Efficient. Good communication; received confirmation day before pickup, then a delay message just before pickup. As it happened driver nearly in time anyway. Waiting room available in les Houches too.

Used ChamExpress/Alpybus Transfers to get from Geneva to Morzine and had a great experience! Had the option of a shared car but, as we were travelling internationally and were concerned about flight delays, opted for a private car. Our driver (Chris) was gracious, on time and knew the quickest (as well as loveliest) road to get to our destination. He had lots of patience for our many questions about the area, as well. Very good experience overall!

Transfer was scheduled by Chamexpress based on our flight, as we flew in a bit early, we needed to wait for the car for 20min, but it was OK and understandable in given circumstances. Driver Richard P. was super nice and very helpful. He shared local skiing tips and was really good company during the drive. Would use Chamexpress again.

Our driver Chris Passmore has been awesome. Fun guy who made the drive go fast. He even managed to get all our bags and skis in the van.

Paid for a shared transfer by mistake with this company instead of another due to confusion over which transfer company my colleague was using. Requested cancellation and a refund 10 minutes after booking. Five days later and there's no response. Contacted the company on the phone to be told that there is no time commitment for a response, no escalation route to get it resolved and refunds could take between 4 to 6 weeks!!! - it didn't take 4 to 6 weeks for the money to come out of the bank account . DO NOT travel with this company. Use alpybus instead. Very good and very reliable (based on my own experience).
