I am very disappointed.
Since my IHK certificate was broken by the postman, I asked the IHK by phone whether it would be kindly possible to print it out again for once. I then wanted to hand in and exchange my copy. The possibility was assured to me. Supposedly this should only be a push of a button, but can only be carried out by the certificate department, so this depends on their attendance times. Therefore, I asked several times if you could deposit it at the reception and hand in my damaged one there to allow me a certain flexibility. Then I was only offered to make an appointment for the exchange, which I find customer-unfriendly, because I work in the service myself and of course would offer a more unbureaucratic, person-independent option when handing over or exchanging a document.
After a while I appeared in person to take advantage of the offer of the exchange (without an appointment because at short notice). Reception sent me up to an empty office instead of checking the system to see if the clerk was even there. I found out about her absence in her neighboring office. I was given a form to order a duplicate copy. None of the attendees could help me and I was referred to a clerk who did not respond to my emails. However, Swiss Post does not cover the cost of the duplicate or would ask for the original to be sent in beforehand (which I am not prepared to do), so that after several months I simply give it up gritting my teeth. Fortunately, the crease does not show the crease.
The store appears to be either completely understaffed or completely ineffective. (maybe both)
I find the new website "netzn.de" completely catastrophic. You can t find anything anymore. The search function is completely inadequate.
The second star is for the fact that I was able to exchange my second qualification for the oral examination at short notice at an earlier point in time ...
I recommend the IHK to simplify their processes in order to become more customer-friendly; You would save yourself a lot of work and have happier customers ...!
