From October 2019 to January 2020, I participated in the webinar "Specialist for Controlling", which ended with a final exam / test. The lecturers were very competent and the course met my expectations. At the IHK Bochum you feel in good hands, the questions will be answered immediately (by phone and by email). Special thanks go to Mr. Feist-Lorenz for the great support. This was my 2nd training at the IHK Bochum, should I aim for a 3rd training, I will of course visit the IHK Bochum again!

One could not give any information regarding further training over the phone. I was referred to the not very transparent "net" page. There, too, there is no answer to inquiries. Hence only one star.
For months now I have been running after registering for my intermediate exam. I spoke to several employees because clerks get sick, I quit and all work just stops. It seems to me that nobody actually knows what he is doing there. I have had countless conversations. It always says "we will take care of it now", "you will hear from us shortly", ... and then no answer for weeks. It was a huge act to get the registration for the exam, which has been out for weeks. Then it says by email that I am registered. However, the responsible chamber knows nothing ... The ways of the IHK Bochum are unfathomable and the conditions are simply catastrophic! For trainees who have to fear to the last minute whether you are admitted to the exam or not, it is simply unbelievable. Something has to change urgently!
I would like to give 0 stars, but I have to give at least one for the rating. I feel discriminated against by the IHK. Thank you Mrs. Nietzke-Schaffeld for nothing ...
After 3 months and repeated printing, my TRAINER !!! I still do not have the results of my intermediate exam. Announcement was at the end of May, now is almost the end of June. We were 3 candidates ... Others were over 15 people in the exam and had the results after 2 weeks. That's not outrageous anymore, that's just ridiculous ...
SUPER!!! I am currently undergoing further training there and am really excited. You are looked after professionally and very well. Despite the current situation, the lessons can take place virtually and it is really great. I feel in good hands there! Highly recommended; o)
I attended a webinar controlling with completion at the IHK Bochum. The tutors were very knowledgeable and the Webninar has completely fulfilled my expectations. I felt by the IHK Bochum very well looked after and inquiries by mail were very promptly answered. If I want to make a training again, I will specifically look at the IHK Bochum. :-)
By far the most incomprehensible "businessmove" I've ever heard. Until I realized that Netzn.de is not a domain provider, it took a while.
But whatever the results of the 2019 midterm exam, they have not been processed yet. Definitely the slowest load I've ever seen. That all workers are dependent on the IHK is an absolute impudence.

The employees and responsible persons in the IHK are always approachable. For their performance, I can only give them the full score.

I tried to contact the IHK Mittleres Ruhrgebiet. After a search through Google and click on the first displayed results, ma only gets an animated 404 face. No one can be reached by phone. Really bad.
I fight for 3 months for a copy and by chance, the person is always responsible for it on vacation or unavailable and always I will be called back tomorrow by her which has not even happened. The urgency of the matter Interested as synonymous completely nobody. Since I get all the serious answer after a month that a certificate is stored only ten years and therefore mine is no longer available. Moral of the story 2017 is over 10 years ago. -20.12.2019

For the past two weeks I have attended a preparatory course for the trainer aptitude test. I have to say, I am absolutely thrilled! I felt really well looked after and looked after. We had mega lecturers who prepared us very well. Thanks again for that.
I asked for an invitation to my interim exam, as I have not received it so far, was forwarded immediately, a gentleman sos accepted my request immediately and sent me by mail the invitation.
From the phone call to the arrival of the mail, the process took a total of maybe 2 minutes.
I am very disappointed. Since my IHK certificate was broken by the postman, I asked the IHK by phone whether it would be kindly possible to print it out again for once. I then wanted to hand in and exchange my copy. The possibility was assured to me. Supposedly this should only be a push of a button, but can only be carried out by the certificate department, so this depends on their attendance times. Therefore, I asked several times if you could deposit it at the reception and hand in my damaged one there to allow me a certain flexibility. Then I was only offered to make an appointment for the exchange, which I find customer-unfriendly, because I work in the service myself and of course would offer a more unbureaucratic, person-independent option when handing over or exchanging a document. After a while I appeared in person to take advantage of the offer of the exchange (without an appointment because at short notice). Reception sent me up to an empty office instead of checking the system to see if the clerk was even there. I found out about her absence in her neighboring office. I was given a form to order a duplicate copy. None of the attendees could help me and I was referred to a clerk who did not respond to my emails. However, Swiss Post does not cover the cost of the duplicate or would ask for the original to be sent in beforehand (which I am not prepared to do), so that after several months I simply give it up gritting my teeth. Fortunately, the crease does not show the crease. The store appears to be either completely understaffed or completely ineffective. (maybe both) I find the new website "netzn.de" completely catastrophic. You can t find anything anymore. The search function is completely inadequate.
The second star is for the fact that I was able to exchange my second qualification for the oral examination at short notice at an earlier point in time ...
I recommend the IHK to simplify their processes in order to become more customer-friendly; You would save yourself a lot of work and have happier customers ...!
Unfortunately, absolutely not to be recommended, very unfriendly staff. For the rating I found it difficult to choose a star, unfortunately there is no lower selection. The front parking lot is completely empty, but you are not allowed to park on it, that wouldn't be a problem if you were kindly asked (at 8:00 a.m.) that you could only use the parking lot for a short time. No, there is a direct threat of being towed, you would not be a customer as a course participant ;-) From now on I am no longer a customer, apart from that. When I then went to the management, I was put off with bad luck. By the way, even as a managing director you should be able to tell you the time of day. Very, very, very high level of unprofessionalism.
