Disastrous conditions!

For months now I have been running after registering for my intermediate exam.
I spoke to several employees because clerks get sick, I quit and all work just stops. It seems to me that nobody actually knows what he is doing there. I have had countless conversations. It always says "we will take care of it now", "you will hear from us shortly", ... and then no answer for weeks. It was a huge act to get the registration for the exam, which has been out for weeks. Then it says by email that I am registered. However, the responsible chamber knows nothing ... The ways of the IHK Bochum are unfathomable and the conditions are simply catastrophic! For trainees who have to fear to the last minute whether you are admitted to the exam or not, it is simply unbelievable.
Something has to change urgently!
