Heavy and misleading sales techniques to lock you into a long and restrictive 3rd party contract, from which it costs you heavily to terminate and fails in the long run to achieve the huge savings they suggest. This is misleading at best and bordering on deceitful.
Their back-up / after sales service is nothing better than average, and the 'wonderful shiny new phone system' was arguably worse than the one it replaced.
I would not use this company again, and would not recommend them. Shop around!

Terrible company, misleading salesman called Wayne who promised the earth and what was delivered was terrible. No one knows what is going on when you call up!
Avoid if you dont want a headache and terrible service!!!!

Chalvington Group have done everything they promised. Russell came out and went through our new phones explaining how to use them and helping us to set them up in a way that suited the way we work. Very Happy.

We have been with Chalvington for our IT Services for many years, when they recommended that our business would benefit from Office 365 products we were more than happy to listen to their recommendations. We have always been very cautious with making changes to our IT system as we all work remotely so the requirement to have an efficient solution in place is essential.

As a business it is imperative that a business runs smoothly as possible some times issues arise that are unavoidable we have been very impressed by the team at Chalvington on an issue which was out of their control they went out of there way to send an engineer to help solve the issues unfortunately the issue was with Openreach its a shame Openreach don't have the same service.

As a new business keeping costs to a minimum while getting a great service is key. Chalvington were recommended to me by a former colleague and since using them I haven't looked back.

Not only are my bills reasonable, they set me up with a service that allows me to pick up my calls wherever I want to and make sure that no opportunities are missed. The customer services team are a real breath of fresh air. They return my calls when they say they will and actually know what they are talking about.

Chalvington have looked after all our IT needs for at least 5 years and recently they have been transferring us to the Cloud. We have always been very pleased with everything they do for us. Contact is easy and efficient, their staff are friendly and great at helping us non tech people and the products we buy are always very high quality. I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend. After having some bad experiences elsewhere with other companies, Chalvington have been excellent and helpful and provided a smooth swap over.

Couldn't agree with Max Air more. Misleading sales pitch sketched out on a piece of paper and then taken away so you have nothing to fall back on as to the salesman's pitch, no contract left with customer then the lease is reassigned soon after to make any complaint almost impossible. Ombudsman paid by its own members so you are asking them to overturn their customers defence...joke! Fraudulently posing as our limited company to claim back money from BT without our knowledge or consent, Ombudsman required them to send a written apology...IT'S FRAUD!

I moved to Chalvington through a personal recommendation for IT Services at my dental clinic and I have not been disappointed. We use Chalvington for IT, Telecoms and Security and the sales, installation and support have been outstanding. The team are highly skilled, friendly and efficient and have always been approachable. One of the most important factors for me is after sales support and I now have an truly supportive IT supplier whom I can contact with ease and be assured that my issue will be resolved in a timely manner. Nothing is too much trouble for the team and I feel truly supported! Thanks to Anthony, Chris, Richard and Graham to name just a few of the team who have been a superb help!!

Chalvington have been my Telecoms supplier for a number of years. I have always found them helpful and eager to please. I have moved yards twice, they have installed new lines and Broadband and more recently Fibre. The first move was free and the second I opted for a new system ... both could have been a logistics disaster but nothing was too much trouble for the engineering team. Everything I have ever asked for has been done immediately, the prices I have been quoted are what I have paid. A truly transparent service.

We have been using Chalvington Group, Wildix system, for couple of months. It really has changed the way we use our systems. It is fantastic having everything on one platform. Customer service has been fabulous and your issues are resolved in 24 hours. Big shout out to Karen and Danny who have been really great. Karen keeps in touch and is always helpful with any queries.
