These people cold called my work phone. They were vague about who they are (sales pitch awful and with no enthusiasm). I had to press to get more info than "challenger" - even then I only got that they were based in the North West. They stated they were "Platinum O2 Partners". When I said we have a partner of choice, they hung up on me. Incredibly rude. If that's how they try to get business, I consider myself lucky i'm not in contract with them.
We have used Challenger for several years now,, their customer service is fantastic, we would highly recommend them

Great service! We took out mobile care and when one of our staff had her iphone pickpocketed they sent out a fully working replacement the next day with all her address book installed, we just had to turn the phone on and she was good to go!

Having used Challenger for our company mobiles for a few years, we decided to use them for Broadband. The salesman mis-sold the speed we could receive, which I had in writing and despite numerous attempts to get them to deal with my complaint they have still not done so satisfactorily. When taking out the broadband, they weren't the cheapest option, but they are not willing to accept they are in the wrong - despite accepting the email is misleading. I would have scored a 1 STAR, but the service on the the Mobile phones have been OK prior to this issue.
Great service with the mobile phone side of the company, the tracking and dash cam that they supply are very poor quality , we currently have a 50% failure rate of cameras and the tracking system. Mobile phones 10 out of 10, tracking system 2 out of 10
Highly recommended - Good service and easy to deal with.
Advise strongly against dealing with this company. They advised data caps were not available on my firms mobile contract. I subsequently incurred large data overcharges.
Had to resort to legal action to get a portion of the overcharges refunded.
Updated Jan 2018: Just discovered that the NEW iPhones they supplied were in fact refurbished. Totally unethical company.
Steer well clear.
