We stayed at panorama point. Bears were everywhere. A 350 lb. Bear Tried to get into the chalet. He pushed and chewed at the door., he pulled the electric outlet ion the porch. The office staff were very helpful. They called the police. And checked on us a few times. We were cooking breakfast at the time. Everyone thought the bear smelled our shrimp and grits. But at the end of the day the owner next door apologized for feeding the bears several times. The signs say Do Not Feed the Bears. For a reason !! There were other visitors there who were also running from the bears. We couldnt go to the pool. Or to the car. The door had to be replaced. It totally ruined. Our trip. Again, the chalet was very nice. It was the second time we stayed there. but it is right on the edge of the park. And there wasnt anything anyone could do to protect us. Just the bears... We were so ready to go. Please DON'T FEED the BEARS.....

Very friendly and helpful staff, always wanting to please. This was our 2nd trip to Dream Catcher this year. Very clean and neat, well supplied cabin in a great location.

The views were spectacular, the cottage amenities were fantastic, spotlessly clean, and the interior decorating, interior and exterior furniture extremely well appointed. We were very comfortable and happy with our 2 night stay!

cabin wad dirty and full of cobb webs, appeared un used, even after we called office to ask to clean, office rude and dismissive, office smelled of musty and dated. 2 pools locked afted being told they were open, 3rd pool was dirty and alge, do NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!

Smooth check-in and check-out procedures. Property was very clean and well stocked. Our cabin had an amazing view. The hot tub was great for soaking after hiking and enjoying the stars.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in 909 Sweet Surrender May 2006 and are getting to spend our 10 year anniversary at Sweet Surrender again this weekend. The place was very comfortable and felt just like home. It was a very nice place to start our lives together as husband and wife. Can't wait to revisit!!!

If you're looking to relax in Gatlinburg give these guys a call. They always take very good care of us. The chalets are beautiful and clean. The scenery is of course gorgeous.

The Chalet had everything needed and felt very home like, loved it!

Gave it four stars because steps need stair treads, they are very slippery when wet.

We had a great visit. The cabin was clean and in good condition. It was nicely furnished and had a great view. We will definitely book again.

Love the Cabins they provide. Great place to go an get away from it all. Love doing business with the women that work for them. All an all I wouldn't go anywhere else but to them tell them what you would like an they will find it for you.

Chalet Village made our honeymoon trip a breeze. Definitely will be using them in the future.

We love 1303 Woodland Cabin and will always stay there when we visit the Smokies. It is a beautiful log cabin located in a private setting. Plus, we saw bears!

We stayed at the Gingerbread House for New Years and really loved everything about it. The location was perfect, the whole area was impacted by the wildfires but a lot of it was still very beautiful. It is literally minutes from Ober as well as the Downtown area. Very nice area to get away from the crown but also be super close to the attractions. Look up Gingerbread house if you want a nice, comfortable place to stay. We will be back for sure!!

How about fixing you air conditioning units or answer calls when someone has a problem.

We stayed in 1059 Points of View. This cabin was just redone and decorated! It was beautiful. Perfect parking. Huge hot tub! Had a great family getaway. Never been disappointed with Chalet Village

772 Bearadise is a nice, quiet, and spacious cabin with great views! The cabin upon arrival was clean, smelled nice, and well stocked. Kitchen wise, there s the typical small appliances, cookware, mixing bowls, crockpot, and even a small rice cooker/instant pot. Each bathroom had a couple rolls of toilet paper to start, there was a extra roll of paper towels, kitchen trash bags, dish soap and dishwasher soap. The bedrooms are roomy with king beds. Mattresses are on the firmer side, so some will like them and some will not. Nice pool table and a few games are provided at the cabin. Mostly everything was in proper working order and when I called about a couple of maintenance issues that did arise, maintenance arrived within 30 minutes to address them!
The drive up the mountain to the location is a bit exhilarating to say the least! Lol. Steep, windy roads, but easily navigable as long as you take your time and pay attention. May be hazardous in the event of snow or ice though. We personally did not see any bears on the property but there was mention of sightings in the journal kept in the cabin. We did see one on the drive up to the property though!
All in all we had a great time staying at this cabin, and have already talked about if we return to Gatlinburg next year, we will likely try to stay at this same location again!

We stayed at 944 Cabin Castle Way and loved it! There were 6 families, so 12 adults and 5 kids, the cabin was perfect! This is really a great place for little ones, there is an amazing tunnel in the basement for the kids, dress up clothes, toys, baby gates, a baby walker, everything!! The swim spa was a lot of fun too, we all had a great time. Our only issue was the shower, they are so, so slippery, my dad actually fell, luckily he was not hurt, but they really need some non-slip things in them. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, we all had an amazing time!

Very nice experience! Great staff! Our cabin was stocked with anything we needed and if we had any questions all we need to do was call down to the office!

We have rented cabins from other companies. With the others we have been disappointed with one or more aspects of the cabins. We have never been disappointed in any of the Chalet Village cabins we have rented. Specifically the cabins are well equipped with towels and supplies, and we haven't had any problems with running out of hot water!

This is the second time we have stayed with Chalet Village. The first cabin was ok. This time, 909 Sweet Surrender was amazing! We loved every bit of our cabin, especially that it was pet friendly. It is a very nice cabin and everything was well taken care of. the views from the cabin were great too! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again :)

Nice view, clean accommodation.we stayed in a 8 bed cabin with friends and lot of fun.

Everything was everything. Everyone really enjoyed themselves especially the children. Will come back again.

Excellent view, home and service. The only thing I would change with the whole VRBO / Chalet village is a suggested list of items to bring with you, our home in particular did not have a hair dryer. No big deal but had I known I'd have brought one. We had a great time, the roads are interesting, and yeah if you don't get lost at least once you haven't experienced the mountains!

Everything was fantastic. I imagine we will be repeat customers. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The property was clean and maintained well. Would recommend to anyone.

The chalet was exactly what we expected it to be! The location was perfect and the views from the decks were amazing! We will certainly be returning in the future.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating. I immediately noticed a difference compared to working with other cabin rental services; they go above and beyond in terms of customer service.

I stayed in Chateau De Fleurs with eleven others and would also highly recommend the cabin. Everyone admired the cabin's beauty, cleanliness, and decor. It has, without a doubt, one of the best views on the mountain, overlooking both the Smokies and Gatlinburg. It has a true mountain view!

My only suggestions would be to 1) sharpen the cooking knives, 2) set up the surround sound system more easily, and 3) acquire new billiards cues.

Everything about this property is fantastic. Beautiful during winter or summer. Check it out for yourself!

Beautiful views very accommodating everything we needed as a homebase for hiking daily and to provide meals for the family of six adults. Driving up and down the mountain was precarious at times Especially being from Florida

The experience was awesome. The only complaint is the shower downstairs the water doesn't get hot enough it's like warm. The lower level gets really cold. Overall awesome experience

We have rented from Chalet Village numerous times in the past and like everyone else, I m sure, we were nervous about our trip for April 6th 2020. We have seen rumors of cancellations with no refunds but Chalet Village just called us and confirmed that our reservation had to be cancelled with A FULL REFUND! Thank you Chalet Village for doing the honorable and right way to do business and WE WILL DEFINITELY RENT FROM THEM AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS! Its good to know that good business is still practiced and we all should reward Chalet Village for it! Thank you again!

We stayed at 1148 Ski Mountain Dr, Dream Come True cabin. This was by far the cleanest & most peaceful place I have ever stayed. It well exceeded our expectations & I honestly can t think of one thing we needed that wasn t there. I definitely recommend this place & want to stay there again.

We had just arrived to Gatlinburg and right before we got to our cabin (gps said 12 minutes away) we received a call stating there was an issue with out original cabin and it would be unsafe to stay there and they seamlessly got us in a new cabin with a much better view. We never had to stop or wait, it was beautiful. The cabin 1449 Chateau De Flores was clean and had everything we could possibly think of. I would definitely come back!!

Our best family vacation! Rainbow's End Lodge is a beautiful property with a great view of the mountains! Chalet Village staff will take care of everything you need to make a great stay in the mountains. We are already making plans for 2018.

I ve used Chalet Village since the early 90 s! Customer service is always impeccable and the staff has gone over and above for us every time I ve stayed with them! I ve never considered using another agency and you shouldn t either!

Best chalet rental place in Gatlinburg. You'll regret it if you stay anywhere else.

Chalet Village is the only cabin rental place I use. The staff in the office are the best. I have used Chalet Village rentals every time I have vacationed in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Each time, the cabins have been well maintained. Recently visited again and they still have some cabins standing in in great condition, as well as some that have been rebuilt after the fire. The last cabin I rented had three bathtubs that could literally fit 4 or more grown adults into if you tried... they were huge. If you enjoy being up in the mountains and relaxing in a Jacuzzi while looking down at the lights.... this is a great place for you. No, I haven't been paid for this review... I've just thoroughly enjoyed the options and amenities that I have to choose from, as well as the warm welcome of the management staff. I would recommend you give them a call or check the website.

The people here were nice. Helped me with the questions I had. The cabin was awesome. Had a great view of the mountains. I loved it so much. I will be going back.

It is hard to say enough good about our experience with renting with Chalet Village. We arrive late (1:00 a.m.) so they provide codes over the phone to enter the house painlessly when we arrive. The kitchen is incredibly equipped with everything you could imagine. The beds are fabulous. The seating in the main living room provides comfortable gathering for all. Parking for our house is huge and flat and easy - not common in most houses in Gatlinburg. And they provide soap, dish washing soap, paper towels, as well as replacement bath towels and wash cloths if you want. Great experience.

Stayed in 716 "Twilight". The view was awesome! The Chalet was clean and well maintained and the hot tub was a great addition. Had a great time here relaxing after long days of hiking! Only one issue, the driveway was quite steep and since we had a van, a bit tricky to go up and down. Not enough to take away a star though as overall it was an excellent stay!

This was our first time with Chalet Village. We stayed at Black Bear Ridge and it was beautiful. Very rustic looking on the inside but had everything we needed and more. We loved sitting outside in the hot tub watching it snow. The cabin is very secluded but only 3 miles from town. Excellent views of the mountains! Comfy bed! Wonderful cabin! Thank you for sharing with us! I am already planning our next getaway weekend and will request your cabin again!

We rented the "Leave it behind" cabin and it was awesome. Clean, room for 6 comfortably, pool table and close to downtown. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful cabin and location at 1148 Ski View; however, we had lots of issues while we were there. Using the bathroom on the second floor caused sewer gas to back-up into the first floor bathroom. Called maintenance and received a fast response, but his solution was to put bleach in first floor toilet. Now we had sewer gas and bleach smell. No follow up the next day by the office. Was given a username and password for the wifi (working vacation). They didn't match. Called the office after hours and left a message. No call back. Sent me an email with the same information for the wifi. This didn't answer the question. At checkout I reported the smell was not resolved. They didn't know what I was talking about. Customer service is huge. We felt like we had inconvenienced the office. There are other cabins. We won't return to Chalet Village.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Other than not having tv's in all the bedrooms and a super small tv in the master King bedroom on the first floor we LOVED IT!! We will be returning.

Cabin was amazing, getting in was a breeze and loved every bit of it.

We stayed at 0269 Redwood Lodge. I cannot say enough good about Chalet Village and the Greystone area. Not only was the reservation easy to do with the kind and courteous staff, it was an amazingly good deal. Our cabin was in one of the most ideal spots in Gatlinburg, and it WOW'd us with the amenities in the chalet. The place was huge and very luxurious. We had everything we needed. Directions to the chalet and check-in and check-out were a breeze. There was plenty of parking room. Everything worked (except for the Kinect on the XBox).

Stayed in two great cabins this trip! Loved the decor, bed comfort, and cleanliness.

I paid for my cabin practically paid in full like 2 months ago and i was short 98.00 dollars and so the clerk who said its ok i could pay the 98.00 dollars when i get there lied , these guys just Dipped in my account and took one month before my vacation dates the money....couldnt wait to get their 98.00 dollars in person as we agreed , and what bothers me is Ome of us live from paycheck to paycheck and dont have a decent steady savings etc., i was counting on that 98.00 because i plan out my bills and put a little here ,little there , this is for gas for the 2 weeks i work, this is for food etc, regardless .....these poeple threw me off for my week. Took gas money i planned for the week. AND TO TOP IT OFF thats why i paid 95% of it in advance to avoid this, and they told me and suggested to me "well u could just pay the remaining ballance when u get here.....i feel violated...they didnt even let me know, i found out as soon as i checked my account online, as i check it every morning..... i called ant talked to the clerk, told her what happened and and she said well we cant reverse your ammount for two weeks, Gooodone...guys whats the point of reversing it in 2 weeks if by then ill have my next check .....im paid in full now ...dont owe them anything now paid in full they got their whole 98.00 a month earlier on their schedule like the I R S ...but we are square...not a happy camper...

The cabin was absolutely breathtaking and very home like. The views were amazing and the hot tub was perfect. We were only at the cabin for five minutes before a mama bear and three cubs and greeted us in the driveway. A bit scary but it was the perfect start to a perfect weekend getaway. We will absolutely be back to this cabin

Not quite what I thought it would be (like an individual cabin type thing), but it was a beautiful room with very nice views. We were pretty satisfied.

We recently stayed at a chalet that was clean and had a good view but I was surprised at how much litter was along the roads in the area and how much litter had been thrown off balconies in the area and not cleaned up. Seriously - either the HOA or the City of Gatlinburg needs to address this. It's disgusting not to care for the land in this beautiful natural setting.

We stayed at 847 Bears with Us and absolutely loved it!! The cabin was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool table abd hot tub! We did have a bear come up on the deck a few times which gave us all something to talk about. I would definitely recommend this cabin and we plan on coming back and staying longer! It is close to town so we were able to go explore and didn't have a long ride back. It was everything and more.

Picture Perfect is just what the name implies! It is a very nice home with wonderful amenities. The location is perfect and convenient to all the attractions. We had a really nice snow while we were there, however we were able to get up the driveway and the roads were in good shape. We did not get to see the bears that apparently live close. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen has everything that you need! I highly recommend this property for your group of 10.

Fantastic views, courteous staff, clean, well decorated, private cabins! What more could you ask for. Only improvement would be to have coffee and sugar available to go with the coffee maker in the cabin. So if you go, bring your own coffee.

We fell in love with this place very clean and just like home feeling we didn't want to come home very nice place and comfortably very beautiful surrounding setting peaceful slept very good fresh air and live the sunsets and sunrises

My husband and I are currently staying at 1822 cub way or 1820 Luzerne Dr. How ever you want to identify the house. When reserving the house for our honeymoon I entially thought it was going to be a very nice place for us two, but after arriving we discovered that the home was very dirty. Dust and dirt all over walls, base boards, windows, window seals, and bed Head board. The bathtub was dirty which I personally scrubbed. The fridgerator had food on the outside of it which I also cleaned. The trash can lid was covered in food and oily residue and I cleaned that too. There is hair from other guests along with dust and some type of hair product on mostly all of the pictures and furniture. The back deck is dirty and not well kept. If you look over the railing their is trash people have thrown down and no one has evered bothered to pick up. There are trees that have been cut down but just left, so it's like a pile of trees just laying there. It is very untidy. The hot tub does not work! The light nor the Jets will come on. We visited the chalet pool and that was terrible. Not only was the water cloudy and disgusting looking, but it was also freezing cold! We couldn't even swim in it because our bodies could not adjust to the temperature. The road to the house had so many pot holes i know I will have to get an alignment done when I get home to my car. I figured for the amount of money I paid to stay here it would have been more upscale then it was. It was totally not worth what I paid especially when I have to clean before unloading my luggage, and I can't even enjoy the amenities.

Chalet Village personnel provided great customer service as usual. Condo was comfy and in good repair.

Birdsong exceeded our expectations and as a property new to the rental market it was beautifully furnished, well equipped including a gourmet kitchen, peaceful yet minutes from town and major attractions .

Great location and good mountain view; especially from a property in town. The house was very nice and comfortable and furnished with everything we needed. The bear sighting at the neighboring cabin was a definite plus!

Excellent cabin! Everything we had hoped for. Enjoyed everyday of our stay. We truly love Gatlinburg.

Very happy with our stay. It was very clean and well stocked with plenty of tableware and cooking utensils. Liked having a double coffee pot and ice maker. Also awsome view of the mountains and Gatlinburg. Great place for a family to stay!

We had the most wonderful time. It was 4 couples and we stayed @ #270 Greystone Pinnacle. Very spacious and roomy for all of us. The place was well stocked from the dishes to the cooking appliances. The only down side was that we couldn't enjoy the deck during the day because of the large amount of "carpenter bees". The place was cleaned, and everything worked fined, and the staff was friendly, both at the office, and the cleaning crew. Next year we have our eyes set on #269, for our group outing.

We've rented cabins from these folks for many years. Never had a bad experience. Sad that several of our favorites burned down in the fire.
