Not a fan of the cabin we stayed in called the hanky Panky. Loved the cabin hated the driveway. It was way to steep and was not told about it. Won't stay there again because of the driveway.

We stayed at 1713 Hemlock Ridge & absolutely loved it! This was our first family vacation with our 18 month old. I couldn't have imagined it to have been any better. We were hoping to find a place in Gatlinburg that felt like home and this was the perfect choice. Everything about the chalet was AMAZING & we really enjoyed the hot tub! Thank you Chalet Village for making our vacation a dream come true. We will more than definitely be coming back in the near future!

We stayed with Chalet Village Properties for 3 nights and 4 days at 811 High Places on Sourwood Dr. The chalet was incredible, and surpassed our expectations. It was large enough for 3 families to comfortably relax together and still feel like they could have their own private areas in the bedroom. The house was clearly well maintained and fully stocked on necessities. Though our interaction at the office was limited, the staff was incredibly friendly and very efficient on all 3 occasions that we stopped by; check in, getting extra towels, and check out. I would highly recommend using Chalet Village Properties to anyone looking to stay in the Gatlinburg area, and would also recommend 811 High Places in particular if you're needing a house for 6!

Have been going to Gatlinburg many years now and have stayed in many different areas and cabin,And I must say this cabin #1822 was the most amazing places we have stayed in
Plenty of room to move around, to cook and to just have a quiet nice relaxing time

My family and I rented Bear Pause for our vacation this year, June 28th-July 4th 2014. The house was beautiful and nicely decorated. It is so close to town but far away enough to be from the crowds.I would definately rent this house again and recommend it to family and friends. Great place to stay!

Spectacular view and kids liked hot tub and pool table. Took us a few trips in and out to find our way without making wrong turn.

The chalet that I rented for the week was above my expectations. As this was my first experience renting a property like this, I was concerned with being scammed and ending up in a nasty place that was falsely advertised. I will definitely use chalet village for future trips. The chalet was nice and clean, the environment felt safe and homey, and the ease of being able to use the app for key code, eliminating a hands on check-in abs check-out process, made the evidence seem effortless.

The best place to book your cabin rental through in the Gatlinburg area. I've stayed in several cabins that I booked through them over the past several years and have always been extremely happy. They have the most beautiful and modern cabins with all the amenities you could ask for.

I love Chalet Village, but even more Sky Harbor. You will find beautiful cabins in Chalet Village and I have never had a bad experience here , but I also love the real feel of being up the mountain when staying in SKY Harbor and I have seen bears that I have not even seen in cades cove. I would recommend highly both places. If you want to stay near Gatlinburg Chalet Village is the place, but if you want to stay near both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge then SKY HARBOR hands down.

I always rent directly thru owner in either one thru VRBO. You get for the same price of a hotel night of $100 a night a studio or 1 bedroom cabin.

Absolutely perfect place for a vacation or a get together with friends and family. The chalet has great space and is decorated very nicely, you will be able to relax and enjoy your vacation.

My boyfriend and I spent 3 days at the Laurel Way, Chalet Village property and it was amazing! The view is absolutely gorgeous and the cabin was fully equipped with everything. Such an enjoyable stay we had. By far the best cabin for couples..

It was very clean and well kept up. The views were amazing and your basically on top of the mountain. Will definitely stay again!!

Staying in 1303, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The cabin was very spacious, clean, and perfect for just the two of us. It has a pretty addicting shuffleboard table. The only downside was the drive way was tiny & steep and the main bedroom tv wouldn't work. Would definitely book again.

This was our first time staying in a cabin although we have been to Gatlinburg area numerous times. Would definitely stay again. We stayed in 724 Heart to Heart and we loved it. It was exactly as shown on website picutres. Very clean and comfortable unit. Great location with easy access down the hill to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We will definitely stay again. Check in and out and pool access were a breeze with Chalet Village.

Our cabin was PERFECT! Secluded & private, it was in the mountains away from the chaos of the towns & nestled in the forest. The cabin was clean, updated, and was like living in someone's home for the week - very comfy & cozy! It was beautiful & relaxing environment - soothing color choices, pretty wall decor & great accommodations - very beautiful. I would highly recommend cabin 1148 Ski View Dr!

My family and I return to Gatlinburg with Chalet Village properties every year, and the cabins are always clean, spacious, well-stocked, and well-maintained with the office staff polite and responsive to any potential maintenance concerns. The location on Ski Mountain gives us the best of both worlds with privacy from neighbors high above downtown, yet close enough to restaurants, stores, and the national park. And the three community pools are great to unwind in when people come back hot and tired and need some down time. We appreciate Chalet Village s high standards, as we ve stayed with other area rental companies in the past that were not nearly as nice. Thank you for another great vacation, Chalet Village!

Fabulous trip for the long Labor Day weekend. The accommodations were in great condition. Check-in and check-out were both quick and flawless. It was just a perfect stay by any measure.

We had a wonderful trip. The cabin was clean and beautiful. It had everything that we needed for our stay. The first day we were there our power went out along with the internet service. We called the office and they were polite and prompt in getting the issues resolved as quickly as possible. We will be using Chalet Village for our next trip.

We had a great week at our cabin home in the smoky mountains. This home was equipped with all you needed. Our friends enjoyed every bit of this home. We will have to plan to come out again soon.

Chalet Village is a great company to rent from. I recommend them to everyone.

The property was very private, the view was breath taking. The decorations were very homie, will recommend to family and friends.

We stayed in 0909 Sweet Surrender. It was everything shown on the web site and more! The place was spotless, well decorated and romantic. We also really enjoyed reading the guest book and what previous visitors thought, however, a new book is in need. We loved everything about the chalet except for no privacy door for the toilet area...just drapes. It could prove to be a bit embarrassing for some. In the overall review, it was exactly what we were looking for and we would definitely visit it again!

Very clean and well kept cabin high in the mountains.

The chalet was fantastic. Plenty of room for all 14 of us. The kitchen had Plenty of dishes, cookware, 2 crockpots!! A nice size grille that was in good working order. Enough room to all be together or spread out throughout the chalet. We saw 4 bears while there. I would definitely stay at this chalet again!

My husband and I stayed on our honey moon 3-2014 and will be returning April this year. The best chalets! Comfortable, clean, and the kindest people managing them all. You can find any type of challet to fit your family needs.

Enjoyed our stay from 7/6/19 - 7/13/19. Everything was perfect.

We loved our spectacular views of our Chalet. The 3 tier set up and decor was beautiful and comfortable. The chalet was clean except the side windows had several spider webs. I can understand the difficulty in cleaning them on the side of the mountain. The master suite bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the views at night in our hot tub. The water in the hot tub was very high and all the jets didn't work, but it still was enjoyable. The driveway to the out chalet is very steep and we would not let out teenagers take the car. We played tennis, swam and played ping pong at the rec center. We had an awesome time hiking Laural and Grotto Falls. We had a wonderful vacation and loved our chalet.

Excellent experience at 913. We saw bears 2 days out of 3 days we stay near the house (between 6 pm and 8 pm) and kids had fun shooting videos. Clean house. Clean linens and quality stuff inside the house. Absolutely loved the house. We were 11 people including kids ... all had great fun. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We were there between 4th and 7th July 2018.

The cabin was beautiful and the people at Chalet Village were very helpful in answering any questions we had. We will be back!

We stayed at Cherokee Winds cabin. Excellent !clean well equipped up on top Ski mountain next to Ober. Great place especially pool table first floor had a lot family fun , Hot tub clean and great at end of long day! We ve been coming to Gatlinburg for over 22 years and have stayed in many Cabins this being one of best! Thank you,

The cabin is located in a beautiful setting with an incredible view of the mountains. All of the amenities were great and the cabin was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Lots of wildlife to see, we saw bears every day. Can't wait to go again! If you are thinking of going to Gatlinburg check out the cabins. It is a much better experience than staying in a hotel.

Their customer service is AMAZING! The cabins are the best in Gatlinburg, you get the true mountain experience at an affordable price. I only use them for our vacations because family memories are priceless and their services are a guaranteed great time!

Beautiful chalet and great for 10 guys, which is what we had,we all had plenty of room,clean and nice staff.Only problem was parking motorcycles and getting them up and down the mountain.Only for experienced rider's, several in the group struggled to get parked and we had couple go down.

We stayed at Finer than Frog hair and it was amazing! We only ate out 1 time because the cabin was so homey we just hung out there most of the time. The road up is a little nerve wracking since you had to go the long way around because of road work, but now the road is opened and we were able to go out the short route and it made a huge difference. My only complaint is there are not many cable channels but we brought some movies. We will be back!

Such a great place to stay. It was so quiet and peaceful. The view we had was amazing too.

Would recommend Chalet Village rentals. Calls and emails answered very quickly. Easy Check in and out. The unit was clean and very well stocked. Plenty of towels and paper products given for our stay.

Rude. I work in this same industry, I know how easy and worthwhile it is to talk friendly to callers. In an irritated tone, the reservationist made sure to let me know I should've called elsewhere for the answer, then gave me the answer. As I was saying "Okay that's all I was asking" she hung up, so my "thank you" went into thin air. There is no need for such a negative attitude towards a caller with a SIMPLE question she was knowledgeable of. Maybe this is telling of how they handle actual issues.

The customer service was outstanding from making the reservations to answering our questions. Cabin was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much. Trip to the cabin is not for the faint of heart - it's up the mountain but the view was spectacular.

Chalet Village was extremely accommodating. From day one when they allowed me two weeks to get the credit card from my secretary, and later when they were able to add to my cabin request and find another just next door. Upon arrival they gave me more information than I ever imagined I would need and were extremely helpful in making my accommodations. I am 20 years old and they treated me just as if i were their own age, with respect and great service. The cabins they rented us were beautiful, with an incredible view. Even better, it was just a quarter mile behind the Gatlinburg Aquarium. Their cabins are equipped with security systems to make my crew feel safe the entire visit. Upon departure, it was as easy as giving them a call and saying we were leaving. A picture fell off the wall in one of our cabins and they very graciously took care of it for us and raised no issues on the circumstance. I WILL be using Chalet Village again for every visit I plan to the Smokeys.

Beautiful townhouse located close to Gatlinburg. Modern and comfortable. Wonderful pool and club house within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

Close to town. Jacuzzi in room. HBO and all that. Great place. The mountain drive is treacherous but just go slow!

This was a last minute reservation for an impromptu mini-vacation. Based on the reservation and check-in/out procedures and the quality of the chalet, we just may start a tradition with Chalet Village Properties. The location was ideal for us: somewhat secluded with a magnificent view of the Smokies. And there was no extra charge for the perfect spring weather!

Virtually everything in the chalet was first-rate. The only negative, a minor one, was a non-functioning alarm system. That wouldn't have bothered us if our own home had not been burglarized recently... And the hot tub on the deck was a great way to soothe tired muscles from hiking.

So we would definitely recommend Chalet Village as a choice place for a vacation. Our goal was to spend time hiking in the national park and avoid the "urbanization" along the main highway in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We were easily able to do that and also found out that visiting early in the week (Monday-Wednesday) was the best time to avoid the crowds that typically visit the Smokies.

Wonderful stay and clean condo with hot tub and other great amenities. Balcony over looking stream, dishes in kitchen, and extra blankets in closet. Our stay was soo peaceful! Very close to downtown, just down the hill. The staff was also great, we arrived late but they accomadated us. pricing for the condo was great too. Would definitely stay here again on the next visit.

Have stayed with Chalet Village twice, and both times were perfect. Beautiful view, clean, well kept chalet, everything worked as described and no one bothered us during our stay. Great prices for all the amenities provided. The office staff is very nice and helpful. It's our favorite place to stay in the Smokies!

We recently rented the chalet at 1452 Zurich Drive and it was awesome! The cabin is beautiful and had everything we need to allow us to truly enjoy the weekend!

My family and I stayed in the Bonnie and Clyde cabin and truly wasn't impressed.
1. The cabin in its entirety needs updated. Interior and exterior trim, cabinetry and countertops, doors and windows, floor coverings, paint and fixtures throughout and lighting. Not dirty but well used and in need of replacement. (The place has floral pastel wall paper boarder)
2. The hot tub light was out
3. The two balconies were also in need of some attention. Both were weathered and needed some boards replaced, powerwashed, and painted.
4. Neither of the balconies had roof coverings which rendered them 100% useless in any sort of inclimate weather. The hot tub was also uncovered.
5. Lower level patio screen was torn and was incredibly difficult to operate.
6. The gas fire place looked nice but didn't operate
7. Upstairs whirlpool tub was nice but has a 15 min timer that has to be reset or the jets shut off.
8. The drive from Gatlinburg to the cabin is only about 8mins but it is a very narrow mountain road.
9. The driveway is difficult to navigate even for experienced drivers.
10. It does have an apt sized washer and dryer
11. There were plenty of towels and trashbags
12. The furniture was nice however both beds were very very firm

In closing I'd just like to say that the cabin was clean and there are certainly worse places you could stay but this is not a cabin I would recommend to any of my professional or personal friends without a stern word of caution. The fact that your in a cabin with no view, and no usable outdoor space in the rain that needs serious interior updates was genuinley frustrating. If your not concerned with aesthetics or ease of function this cabin may be for you.

Amazing. Beautiful. Cozy. Such a wonderful place to vacation with the family right atop of the Smokey Mountains! I'd 100 percent recommend this place to any looking for the perfect spot. Only a short drive away from exciting Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg TN.

We had the best time of our lives in this cabin. It captured it all. My husband and I eloped here and it was the perfect cabin for our family of 5. The bears payed us a visit almost every morning. Super cool experience and the property manager was very sweet. Make sure to keep your doors locked and hot tub covered. The only thing I could complain about was the dirty floors when we arrived. Seemed like it could have been cleaned better. But having to sweep multiple times while being there I could how it s easy to track stuff in. We had all the stuff to cook with. My kids were so sad to leave and we would definitely book again.

The place we stayed in was just as we had expected from the photos and description online, and the check in and check out process was easy--we didn't even have to go to the main office the entire time. I will definitely consider this place for future vacations!

For four straight years we have rented the same property, and we plan to book it again for next year also. Our group has been coming to the Smokies for 25 straight years. Chalet Village has been a part of that for at least half of those years. We have always found them easy to work with, attentive to the needs of their clients. They have great properties whether you are looking for a quiet couples getaway or a large group. I highly recommend them to anyone visiting the Gatlinburg area.

I think I did trash pick up here. Pretty sure I was forced to be there by the high school. Was still pretty cool. Stayed in a cabin up there.

Had one of the worst experiences with a representative at this property upon me trying to book my reservation. The lady was rude and seemed a bit racist . The manager returned my call the following morning and I also received the same disrespect from him, I have never had a terrible experience at Gatlinburg with any type of service UNTIL NOW......STAY AWAY!!!!

This place has THE BEST chalet's ever! The staff is sooo nice and friendly, some of them know us because we have been coming down for over 17 years. The chalets are very clean and if there is anything wrong you can call down to the office and they are there right away. I hope this review help someone who wants to book a chalet. You will be very pleased with chalet village!

My family stayed at #756 (LeConte's Misty Glow) and had a WONDERFUL time! The cabin has spectacular views of the mountains and is well-maintained. The great room was perfect to keep us close but allowed plenty of space for an extended family. Kitchen was very nice- could have had more in the way of cooking stuff but was adequate. The unexpected crock pot came in handy for chili! Two full baths and two half baths were very nice. Everyone loved playing pool downstairs. There are lots of chairs on the decks to view the gorgeous foliage. Cabin was clean, felt very private (even with neighbors on both sides, you could not see them), was nicely kept and very comfortable. My only comment on the beds is that the king mattress downstairs needs to be replaced- not so comfortable! My only other complaint is that the firewood provided was not dry enough to burn much- very disappointing! Please get seasoned wood. For an idea of our view, see the panoramic photo I took from the upper deck!

Spacious, rustic cabins with stellar views of the mountains. Long, steep driveways however.

stayed in 1428. Chalet Village offices were easy and very polite to work with. Cannot beat the view, breath taking. very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin was a 2 King suite. The mattress in both were very uncomfortable and old. The hot tub outside ran constantly and loud. Could not hear the Nature sounds. A pile of the bath towels were left in the downstairs shower, I washed them myself. We seen quite a few spiders inside and some very large ones outside around the decks. These few things are certainly fixable (couple of new mattresses, quiet the motor on hot tub and spray for spiders). other than that, the rest of the cabin was clean. Very spacious. Kitchen was stocked very well with appliances, dishes, coffee maker, etc. nice TV's with cable and free wifi use. Ease of use with key less entry. Would stay again if a few things were updated.

Visited a friend, the views were absolutely breathtaking because I was driving, trying to look at the beautiful new homes & the mountains all at same time. Condos are nice nestled in the woods & the squirrels pass by & the birds eat if you have food for them.

Stayed in the Doll House (Destiny) for the 2nd year in a row, need I say more!! The chalet is spectacular & probably the best views in & of Gatlinburg! Absolutely LOVE this place

Beautiful- super people working -the view awesome--stayed almost at the top of the mountain across from the ski slopes. We don't ski but never tired of the view . Plan on returning since I got over the fear of the mountain roads but God is a good driver so my husband handled being co-driver!!

Everything was Amazing. We stayed at 723 Mountain Majesty and it exceeded our expectations. Kathy was so awesome in making sure everything was taken care of with our last minute reservations. We can t wait to stay with Chalet Village again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying with them if you plan to visit The Great Smoky Mountains.

We stayed at #803 Ridgetop Retreat. We could not have asked for a better view. The chalet is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and easily accessed. Sunrise and sunsets were spectacular. This chalet does not have any pool table, fooseball, etc., but with the view nothing of that nature is needed. There are two balconies to sit on and enjoy the outdoors with a third balcony housing a 6 person hot tub. There is a 3D tv in the livingroom with a good assortment of 3D movies available. I can't say enough good things about this chalet, however, rounding out an already wonderful vacation was the visit from a bear as we were packing to leave. He chose to take a nap under the trees in the back of the chalet for a while.

Wow! That was an amazing vacation. The pictures don t express all the awesomeness of the house. We are definitely going to spend time here again. Interior and exterior are stylish. Thanks big time for turning on the hot tub prior our arrival.

The customer service at chalet villages is awesome. During our short stay, we had a minor issue with the hot tub. The maintenance guy arrived within 30 min of my phone call and the issue was resolved.

The cabin we rented was beautiful, and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to book another rental with this company in the future. It is obvious they care about their customers.

Gorgeous properties with stunning views and great location to all the activities!

The condo/apartment that I rented for our trip was fantastic. There was more than enough space, full kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. You really just needed to bring yourself and maybe food if you want to cook for yourself, but they provided everything else.

Every question I had during my stay was answered promptly. The view from my unit was beautiful, with thr Smoky Mountains and the ski lifts in the background.

We booked the Chalet Rainbow's End for a Couple Retreat (4 couples). The house was amazing, and the staff at Chalet Village was superb. The 2 recommendations I would make to the owners would be to upgrade the TV's to larger screens especially in the bedrooms. For someone who likes to fall asleep watching TV, the TV in the bedroom was hard to see. Also, the grill outside was very small and hard to fit 8 steaks! I would recommend this Chalet and Chalet Village properties to anyone visitng Gatlinburg, TN.
