Chairs For Affairs Review

Thank goodness I was not a bride who would have had a melt down over the wrong color and sized table clothes. I made my reservation for what I needed about 6 months in advance. I was going to have a lot of guests, I called them 2 weeks before to let them know my # had dropped from 200 to a solid 150 and they informed me that they could not have that many napkins which was frustrating knowing I had given them ample time. Thankfully they were able to have enough. I picked up my linens and Friday night at about 8pm when I started setting them up with my bridesmaids I noticed that their cream color I had chosen seemed very white.

Turns out I got all white table cloths (thankfully not a massive deal), however all the buffet table clothes I had asked for were different sizes and shapes (all my buffet tables were the same not different). Some of the table clothes ended up being cream while some were white like the dinner tables. I also had rented a burlap table skirt and they forgot to give me the clips to attach to the velcro so I ended up not even being able to use it.

When I told the girl at the front desk about my experience when I dropped everything off I told her I wanted a refund for the burlap skirt (since they didn't even give me the clips) and wanted to talk to a manager to just give feed back. She said they would call me, neither happened. I would use this company again, however CHECK EVERYTHING. Do not just trust what they give you.

Very helpful and friendly. Loaded my tables and loaned me a strap since I forgot mine. Will definitely use them again if the need arises

Nobody should ever work for or deal with this company they make promises they do not know how to keep and everything must be their way or the highway the owner is so afraid of change he will eliminate anything that he is uncomfortable with

On the morning of our event we had a slight communication misunderstanding with the guys who came to set up. They left without putting up 2 sides of the tent which we desperately needed since it was going to be windy and rainy for our event. Regardless, the owner drove all the way out to our venue (which was beach side) to bring us the missing sides and was so pleasant and accommodating. I am so happy we used Chairs for Affairs as they turned out to be awesome. The quality of the chairs, tables, and table cloths were great. We very much appreciate all of the work and effort Chairs for Affairs put into setting up for our special day. Thank you.

IF YOURE GETTING MARRIED DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! They never showed up. I called them the morning of and asked where they were multiple times. They spent 2 hours lying and saying they were loading them up or on the way and eventually the rude owner said well I guess were just not going to make it then . I had to call around and find some chairs last minute and my friends and I (the groom) ran around setting them up at the last second. This place is a sham and the most unprofessional guy I ever dealt with. I even called him before the wedding to confirm and he said I ve been doing this for X amount of years, they ll be there . To screw up a wedding is the epitome of trash.

I've had to use Chairs for Affairs on a number of occasions for various events ranging from my wife and I's wedding, to the rental of some high tops for various boat shows my company exhibits at throughout the year. On every occasion, whether by phone or in person, the service has been nothing but professional and courteous. More importantly, I find their prices to be very reasonable as well. Couldn't be happier with the customer experience at Chairs for Affairs and would highly recommend them.

We recently rented chairs, tables, linens, chargers, barware, dinnerware and glass for our Wedding. Katie was fantastic and guided us through the many options and helped to bring our ideas to life. We would absolutely use them again for any rental needs.

We needed a few tables for a garage sale. We contacted the base but due to COVID they were not renting AND CFA was cheaper per table anyway! Also they gave us a Military discount, so it was cheaper still! Ding! Ding! Ding! we have a winner!
The transaction was fast, easy, and she put our military discount in the computer so I would not have to show my idea again.
And when we returned the tables we didn't even have to go inside to let them know. A nice worker was outside, he helped unload the truck and took them inside for us.

We use chairs for affairs for all of our events. They always take the time to help us with exactly what we need! We highly recommend chairs to everyone we know!

Marni at Chairs for Affairs is THE BEST. Hands down. She worked with me to get my order right and even when I had to call her back a million times to change my order, she was patient with me and gave great customer service. Wonderful customer service from every employee that I have interacted with so far. Everyone from sales, to set up/tear down crew, to management has been very professional, pleasant and helpful. Their tents and chairs are very clean and in good shape. Tables are sturdy and worked great for our events. Prices seem competitive. We only used this company two times so far, but I was really pleased with everything, so I would highly recommend them.

Wasn't very pleased trying to pick up some chairs for my boss and ask if they can stay just a little past 5 minutes so I can come get them and they refused to wait for me to pick him up

We rented a tent, dance floor and bar for our wedding in Cocoa Beach. Everything was setup the day before and we had no problem with what we rented. My only complaint is that I was not told beforehand that we needed an extension cord to use the tent lights. The house was a rental and luckily our DJ had an extra cord or I would have had to go find one about an hour before the ceremony. The installers need to be aware that a lot of their customers are from out of town and need to be advised of what is needed before they leave.

They were so helpful, answered all of our questions, had exactly what we needed to make our event wonderful, and great prices. Will definitely use them again for our next event!
