Thank goodness I was not a bride who would have had a melt down over the wrong color and sized table clothes. I made my reservation for what I needed about 6 months in advance. I was going to have a lot of guests, I called them 2 weeks before to let them know my # had dropped from 200 to a solid 150 and they informed me that they could not have that many napkins which was frustrating knowing I had given them ample time. Thankfully they were able to have enough. I picked up my linens and Friday night at about 8pm when I started setting them up with my bridesmaids I noticed that their cream color I had chosen seemed very white.

Turns out I got all white table cloths (thankfully not a massive deal), however all the buffet table clothes I had asked for were different sizes and shapes (all my buffet tables were the same not different). Some of the table clothes ended up being cream while some were white like the dinner tables. I also had rented a burlap table skirt and they forgot to give me the clips to attach to the velcro so I ended up not even being able to use it.

When I told the girl at the front desk about my experience when I dropped everything off I told her I wanted a refund for the burlap skirt (since they didn't even give me the clips) and wanted to talk to a manager to just give feed back. She said they would call me, neither happened. I would use this company again, however CHECK EVERYTHING. Do not just trust what they give you.
