Chad Management Group Review

Interesting that people who have written 5 star reviews for this agency have only ever written that one review. Unprofessional owner, lack of manners.

I was contacted by Rick out of the blue on LinkedIn, I asked if there was a particular role he was recruiting for or if he was referred to me, rather then answering either of my questions, he told me to 'let the reputation speak for itself'. I asked the same questions a second time and he told me to stop messaging him....

I don't think it was unreasonable to ask how and why he located me considering the email was ambiguous. I feel it was extremely rude and unprofessional to speak to clients in this manner considering he contacted me and I asked basic questions to understand what he was seeking.

I wouldn't recommend CMG after being treated this way.

Chad Management is terrible!
Rick Chad doesn't talk to people properly in an inviting manner. I constantly got told how me going to Humber College was pretty much a waste of time as he kept telling me about the colleges I could've gone to. 30 seconds in the conversation I couldn't deal with him. Horrible experiences. Where are your manners mam?

Was not an easy task of finding me a job as I had been out of the workforce for a while. They are great at Chad. It was not an immediate process but after some time and a couple interviews I had found the next step for my career. I am glad that I had stumbled upon you at a past job fair. Thanks.

Carl does not have your best interest at heart just looking to make a quick dollar. I disagree below that CM has your best interest at heart, seems that they can care less. Frequently when i call he is not at the office. Are you you supposed to be working for your candidates? He does look like a handsome Mr Clean though.

Unprofessional company. I spoke with one of the account manager/recruiter named Aneil who was recruiting for G Adventures. Unprofessional individual. He set appointment for 10:30am for Facetime interview, which i took break from work to carry out this interview, he didnt call me at all. I called the office, spoke to the receptionist, she said sorry dont know where he is ???

Aneil then texted my phone, and said sorry call me now??? As if i can unlimited breaks. He FaceTimed me and asked me questions that couldve been asked of the initial call on the phone. What a perfect way to burn my data by asking me generic questions when you can do it over phone. I was highly irritated by this experience.

AVOID THIS RECRUITING COMPANY. Rude, careless and unpurposed receptionists and aimless recruiters. I hope companies who are looking for help on the recruiting will reconsider choosing this company. Money well spent if you choose another company
