Lost a wedding ring inside the venue. Asked to go down and look for it, to be told you can come but if you disturb anyone by looking we'll throw you out.
I was also told you cant use a torch so in a place that has little to no natural light how do I look for a lost ring.

I don't live in the country but I was informed you can fly back in and try look for it before we open but make it quick.
Basically no humanity, I said I would ask every person inside if they would mind me looking for a lost ring and Dirty Martini said no you can't do that and I quote "No I cannot allow that as it may disturb other customers".

No empathy whatsoever for a lost item which is incredibly personal and emotionally connected.

Basically they said they've looked and didn't find it so it must no longer be in the venue. Went on to say that maybe I didn't lose it there.
When I asked the lady how she would feel I got a response of "quite sad".

Quite frankly I'm appalled at the lack of empathy towards the situation.
