Worst experience EVER setting up an on-line CD! Way too many steps, too many text codes, too many encripted e-mails to follow more steps, just too much trouble to open up an account. And then when your account is open and they have your money, another e-mail follows days later with your account number, so you spend several days without an account number and not being able to create an online account. It's very unsettling. I spoke to customer service about this, and they tell me that they hear this all the time, but management doesn't listen and won't change the procedure. We were going to open up a second account, but after this experience, we've decided it's too much work and too frustrating. I can't wait to see how many hoops we'll have to jump through to get our money out when the CD matures next year. Do yourself a favor and put your money elsewhere.
