CFG needs to spend money to acquire a decent tech team. Several times a year I'm unable to access my statements and even log on to their website. I spend HOURS (like today) with some very nice, apologetic rep. but it's still the same old problems. I have 5 other accounts out-of-state at larger banks and NEVER have these issues. I'd like to keep my money locally, but CFG seems unwilling to spend the $$ to get and keep a first rate tech team. Therefore, not only am I inconvenienced with not being able to access my account, but the low caliber of tech support gives me great pause about the security of my account. Sorry to say, I will be leaving this bank as a customer. Clearly a case of penny-wise, pound foolish!
