my husband and myself just opened an account with CFG bank recently so we can have an access online from overseas. So far this is the best decision we have made. We literally can access our account anytime anywhere from our mobile and we could hold both USD and DH accounts at the same time. The branch in Rabat is very helpful and professional. Yosra been our go to whenever I have a question and shes on top of it. Thank you for making our life easier and best of luck to CFG and the staff at Rabat Branch.

Worst experience EVER setting up an on-line CD! Way too many steps, too many text codes, too many encripted e-mails to follow more steps, just too much trouble to open up an account. And then when your account is open and they have your money, another e-mail follows days later with your account number, so you spend several days without an account number and not being able to create an online account. It's very unsettling. I spoke to customer service about this, and they tell me that they hear this all the time, but management doesn't listen and won't change the procedure. We were going to open up a second account, but after this experience, we've decided it's too much work and too frustrating. I can't wait to see how many hoops we'll have to jump through to get our money out when the CD matures next year. Do yourself a favor and put your money elsewhere.

Sure glad that I read their terms before opening a high yield money market account with CFG Bank. It states the usual limit of six transactions per month along with a highly unusually limit of not being able to transfer more that $30,000 a month to an external account. Deposit all you want but you will have to get it back on drips month after month. How can this be legal?

CFG needs to spend money to acquire a decent tech team. Several times a year I'm unable to access my statements and even log on to their website. I spend HOURS (like today) with some very nice, apologetic rep. but it's still the same old problems. I have 5 other accounts out-of-state at larger banks and NEVER have these issues. I'd like to keep my money locally, but CFG seems unwilling to spend the $$ to get and keep a first rate tech team. Therefore, not only am I inconvenienced with not being able to access my account, but the low caliber of tech support gives me great pause about the security of my account. Sorry to say, I will be leaving this bank as a customer. Clearly a case of penny-wise, pound foolish!

Don't fall for the teaser rate. I saw on bankrate.com that they listed this incredibly high money market rate -- the highest in the country. I should have paid attention that they pulled it from the www within 2 days. Why? They clearly just needed some cash in their accounts. I moved ALL my cash from various accounts to their money market, and I have slowly watched over the past few months as they drop the rate nearly weekly. It's still a good rate, but the trend lines are not promising. Don't fall for it like I did.
