Nice hotel. Nice view. Maltepe is far from Istanbul down town, but good place to live

I like this hotel, is located in Asie side, very clean, very nice service, room big and sheep, swim in pool very clean and so beautiful, good breakfast.....

Massage part can be more professional. Massage ladies spy the same things while massaging both me and my friend. Even though both of us have different areas of pain on the body ... It is as if memorized.

Very economical hotel to stay in. With inexpensive(apx. $10 USD/per person), convenient daily breakfast to enjoy. Though not too many speaks English but they try their best to accommodate.

please avoid staying here. I did the same mistake as the first time when I decided to stay here again.
No service, personal is amateurishly and unfriendly. Breakfast is very bad (even no tee after 09:30)... Nobody is ready to help you here... I am sitting and waiting taxi (which I had to organize by mysef) and see the dirty coffee cup on the table at the lobby staying here since early morning...
When I tried to express my emotions to the reception manager (Sevgenc), I could see only "It's your problem" on his face...
The speed of internet is very bad..

A beautiful 5 Star hotel...lovely rooms finished to a top quality 5 star standard. Hotel facilities were really good and everything you would expect of a 5 star

If you are going to use the closed pool, if you are going to use the swimming pool, the money is paid only for the room and the closed pool is cold, I recommend you to look at the hotel in other places.

The hotel is beautiful ... and the facilities are great ... a drawback is the AC hot in some rooms

There are 3 restaurants inside the hotel, a gym, and 2 swimming pools, one of them is covered and there is a steam spa and sauna ... I recommend it in winter because the problem of air conditioning is old

You can see Maltepe coast road on the left side while going to the eagle direction.

We came to the BNI meeting due to the eminent hotel. Even though the location was a bit remote, breakfast and service were good. However, coffee machines would have stopped more often if they preferred to use filter coffee makers. The staff and reception were friendly. Meeting rooms are also stylish, those who are on the Asian side can choose for training and conferences. They ask for 10 TL as parking money, which seems appropriate in today's Istanbul conditions.
