Our agreement was they were to take over our books from the past and move them over onto their system. Just found out that they did not do that. Now I am missing 3 years of past bookkeeping reports!

Ceterus is an account management and book keeping service that takes the pain out of accurate record keeping. Quite honestly I love not having to prepare those records for my CPA. I simply give read only access to my business accounts to Ceterus and they do the rest. On a quarterly basis they prepare documents for my CPA which in turn makes her job easier as well.

Not worth the money--all automated, no custom care. They used to be great, and quality went down a lot.

1. Financial statements are wrong month after month. 2. All transactions are done thru journal entries, thus making it difficult to drill down on details of expenses. 3. I have been asking them to update balance sheet accounts for over 3 months and it still isn't resolved.
