Great view, top service, excellent food (veggie / vegan options)

Our stay at the Cervo had everything we could wish for when it comes to skiing, apres ski, relaxing, and enjoying good food. Cervo s lovely staff made sure we felt welcome and right at home. Even when it came to my food allergies: nothing seemed to be a problem. (the latter (for me) is a huge achievement , compliments to our hosts!!)
Amenities were excellent and chalet spa was in pristine condition. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for either a romantic and a relaxing stay, an unpretentious yet exclusive active holiday, or all of the above if you don t want to choose . Will visit again soon!

Welcome to the CERVO Mountain Boutique Resort in Zermatt!

Wasn't very much impressed. Had a cup of tea and a piece of cake. Nothing to write home about.
The staff overall were friendly, but it seemed they weren't happy at all and any question was too much.
They also didn't know what is planned for New Year's Eve, which was my initial purpose to go there.
It was ok, but not a must.

Brilliant hotel with good location and very good for couple...!!

Exceptional place, both for the general atmosphere, the apartment that was made available to us, the quality and choice of dishes in the restaurant and during breakfast and especially the kindness and availability of the staff. We had an exceptional weekend in all respects !!

Great apres ski shop with drinks and live music. See and be seen!

I had a burger. I was very expensive (38 chf) and extremely disappointing because the meat was not of a very high quality and the service was long.

Only used it as a bar. It have a good ambience. At the end of a pieste down to town. Good place to end a fay of skeeing

Service was great! The party I was with kept changing there minds about drinks, and they were more than happy to oblige! 10/10

Location brilliant; views stunning; rose cups for hot choc cute; comfy seating; great music and overall nice ambience.
Unfortuntely the waiters know that the place is 'trendy' reason why they are not too keen on delivering high standard service or friendliness.

The food was very tasty but also very expensive. We paid 95 euros for 2 people.

My husband and I went there for four days during our honeymoon. We were simply amazed by everything at Cervo, and we are now looking to go back this winter as our stay was simply perfect. The room was impeccable, beautifully decorated, had a stunning view of the Matterhorn and contained everything that we didnt even know we could need! The restaurant was so good that we ended up eating there every single night as we loved it that much (the menu changes all the time). The customer service was excellent, and so was the location. There are a ton of activities to do in Zermatt at any time of the year, and the hotel staff was very helpful in getting us everything that we needed (downhill bike rental / back pack for a hiking day / maps of trails etc). I highly, highly recommend this place (and we are both pretty picky!!).

Beautiful room, lovely very attentive and helpful staff. The lounge is welcoming, the restaurants first rate AND ski in ski out. Truly could not have been better. We will be back and will recommend to our skiing friends !

Cervo is an amazing experience! Wonderful rooms, wonderful food, beautiful views, ski-in-ski out chalet, and has the best Apres party after the slopes close in all of Zermatt! The staff are all beautiful, smart, charming, and helpful. We cannot wait to go back to Zermatt again very soon and we'll only stay at CERVO!

Sensational champagne and wine selection, bar very nicely decorated in the hunter style. I liked it very much. Prices are high, but quality always has its price

It was the second time I was allowed to guest at the Cervo. The expansion with the new spa area, restaurants and the absolutely brilliant service are heavenly and encourage you to stay longer. With great attention to detail in architecture, decoration and furnishings, it is worth more than a 5 star rating. If you want to do something good for yourself, you should treat yourself to the atmosphere

We really enjoyed our stay at the brilliant hotel CERVO, The staff were very nice and helpful, The breakfast was awesome. The hotel so classy, luxury and unique. Marvelous view to zermatt village and Matterhorn mountain and you can easily access the shopping area and the center by walking.

I do really recommend it if you want to relaxed and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere or to do a winter sports activity.

I love this place. It strikes that balance between modern and mountain rustic. From the decor to the mini spas in each building, this place is a fantastic hotel. It's small enough to be intimate but still carries on a fun apres ski. They usually have live music as well. The breakfast is amazing and a good start to the day The staff are super friendly. I've had a lovely time staying here again.

Cervo, the place to be after a day of skiing.
The bazzar is simply a jewel, with its large chimneys and the special ambience, it doesn't always have to be Alpine chic.

I m generally not one to write a review and have travelled quite extensively throughout the world. Cervo was probably one of the top notched service hotel or resorts that we have stayed. There is no better location in Zermatt as it is at the foot of the slopes. Cervo offers the luxury and convenience of having lockers for your equipment and hot drinks waiting at the end of a long day of skiing. The immaculate view of Matterhorn can be seen from all around the property. After a slight mixup with the pickup, the resort sent a taxi as soon as they received our call. Sebastian helped us check in And offered us drinks and hot chocolate for the kids. Highly recommend this property and make sure you reserve in advance as they get booked up quickly!!!! Sebastian took great care of us and sent us away with some small parting souvenirs. Thank you again for taking care of everything and hope to be back soon!!!!

Have been there several times, this time on the first floor. Compared to the other parts of the whole resort-rather reserved, which I don't think is Cervo-like. Food was good, prices in the upper segment and a bit overpriced. Service was good. Definitely try cervofries !!

Great experience and a real mountain boutique resort with two top in house restaurant. Being at the end of the ski run an cool after ski party is guaranteed.

The ideal place for a breakout from everyday life: great hotel with attention to detail, excellent cuisine in the Cervo Puro and a warm, helpful host team. Special highlight: open-air whirlpool bath with a view of the Matterhorn in the moonlight.

Spacious room with a magnificent view of the Matterhorn, what a joy when you wake up! With one spa per chalet, this allows for almost private access to this part.
The service was in line with expectations for such an establishment.
The meal at PURO was plentiful and excellent. The fries in truffle oil are recommended.
The property is conveniently located with access by the Sunnega lift.

Probably best fries I have ever eaten! Flavored Parmesan and Truffe! The Johannisberg whine was amazing as well. Prices are high... Quality service and ambiance! Worth stopping by!

friendly cozy stylish dreamlike

It is a fantastic boutique resort nestled in the hills just above main Zermatt street. A lift brings you straight up to the resort from street level. The rooms are very comfortable and have independent balconies with a spectacular view of the Matterhorn. The best part of this unique boutique hotel is the employees, who are always smiling and provide efficient service, sometimes going beyond the call of duty. The restaurant overlooks the town of Zermatt and the food and service was outstanding. A must visit place for the food alone!!!!

The hotel is well placed, outside the center, but with quick access to the center of the resort thanks to a lift. The rooms are nice, comfortable and well appointed. Some services are not at the 5 star level, but the staff are friendly. We had the evening meal in the hotel restaurant, the food was very good, but the service was abysmal from start to finish.

Visited at Zermatt Unplugged. Great location ... unfortunately overcrowded ... but again anytime.

Not worth the money. Only 20% of the staff know what they're doing. Very odd design/furniture where there is never enough room for anything. Plus taxi service in Zermatt controlled by some eastern mafia guys - bwah.

The hotel was very nice, the staff super friendly, but the bills a bit misleading. We spent one night in the "Cervo". During this time something consumed twice in the hotel, including in the Madre Nostra and in the Arabic restaurant. Both times, the bill charged around CHF 40.00 more than we consumed. In the end you "tried" to charge us an additional CHF 60.00 upon check-out, although we have already paid the entire bill in advance. Mistakes happen, that's clear, but in my opinion these mistakes are too many for such a short stay.

That's why I can't give it more than 3 stars.

Short stay at the Cervo Mountain Resort, Zermatt
We are excited about the new concept in the resort! It was a great stay with very competent & nice staff.
The Cervo is recommended for young sports enthusiasts as well as experienced connoisseurs to visit.
The location is great as you are within
5 minutes from the springs on the slopes can be. As well as skiing down to the resort after a day of skiing.

I would definitely go again anytime!
