I've used them on several of my sites and they are always quick and responsive. Tim is amazing and will always make sure the work is completed in a timely manner.

Fast, professional, courteous and all the techs (3) that came to my apartment complex which outsources to this company did a fantastic and very honest job and were able to do so on a day when it was 113F here in Las Vegas and even though they had to return after hours. VERY IMPRESSIVE! Thank you.

Call in one time. 45 on 35 Feb 5. Now drive. Twice the speed 55 on 35 st with. Kids in the commercial vehicle. cop say I can only report it if I catch him speeding and also dropping off the kids just the very concerned parent but I could catch up to them say(( safety is my goal)) them doesn't know what that means

Took my Halon fire extinguisher in to Certified today to get it recharged because the needle on the pressure gauge was just about out of the green. They told me the extinguisher was in excellent condition and all it needed was a little nitrogen to bring the pressure up. They could have charge me just about anything and I wouldn't have known, but they charge me nothing. It's nice to deal with people who are not only friendly, but honest. I highly recommend Certified Fire Protection.

I called because I had questions regarding my home fire estinguisher and a young lady by the name of Krystal helped me out she answered all my questions and was very professional. I would definitely refer all my my family and my friends because Krystal was great.

You really have to love quality, able body employees, who after being asked to move from the handicapped parking spot to a standard parking space (which was 30ft from this space!) they refuse saying this space is closer to the building and to mind my business.

Was in there a few days ago looking for fire extinguishers and some advice on smoke detectors and CO detectors for a commercial space. The owner and the other ppl in there were super helpful with everything and took the time out to explain things to us re whats necessary according to the local laws, im from outta town. Whenever I call certified fire I receive excellent customer service. I called Tracey this morning for help and she resolved my issues quickly. She was so friendly and helpful. Certified Fire Protection got our business (we are a metal fabrication shop) because Claudette Seitzinger moved there from another company. I have had Claudette as my first aid and safety representative for over ten years. She was my Zee medical rep and an unbelievable one to say the least. When Cintas bought Zee and Claudette realized what a HORRIBLE company (and I experienced this first hand) they were she chose to change employers, before the buy out happened. , I was CRUSHED!

Cintas came in and to say the least I was not interested and the gentleman caught me on a hectic day. I politely excused him and then received a service call bill in the mail. I know, UNBELIEVABLE!!

Someone was watching over me for sure as out of the blue, Claudette stopped by my office the following week. And so now you may ask, Am I happy? NO! I am THRILLED!!! I now do not need to worry about any of my safety needs for my office or my fleet.

I can not imagine that you have another representative employed that even comes close to her professionalism and concern for their customers. And if you do, You are one lucky company.

Unfortunately a lot of promises and very little follow thru. They did not follow thru on appointments, and then made up stories of how they called us and we did not get back to them. Owner seems removed from the process and allows field staff ( so called partners ) to run the business. Not a good idea when it leaves such a gap. Need much more honest follow thru ..... This is not a business that is depending on grocery delivery, its much more important to be up front and honest when the s... its the fan.

I have used Certified Fire Protection for about 21 years now and they have always been prompt, professional and courteous. I believe them to be the best in the business. Krystal is always on top of her game and so organized! They have helped me out in a pinch, and they are very knowledgeable. Today I had the misfortune of experiencing a fire on my property, which thankfully did not spread and lead to a large fire. Fast acting residents, vendors who were on site and employees were able to extinguish the blaze just as the fire department arrived. In all, 16 fire extinguishers were used. I contacted Certified Fire immediately for assistance, and Kelly had Christian on site within an hour to recharge all the extinguishers, get the glass back up, and walk the buildings where the extinguishers were taken, or may have been taken, to insure that our residents had extinguishers back in place before we left for the evening. Now that's service and that is why we use Certified Fire! Thank you to Doug and his team for always taking care of us, especially now at a time like this when it matters most! :)
