Unfortunately, the fittings are expensive. There is no lower-end offer, but the markets remain.

In Cermag in Wroclaw, I met with very nice service. Apart from professionalism, El bieta Wieczorek showed unprecedented kindness for which I am extremely grateful.

The worst place to shop in Wroclaw.

The prices are very high compared to the competition, of course sometimes they have reduced prices, but here it is not worth buying:
- because it turns out that they were wrong in the price lists displayed in the store and refuse to sell, by the way treating the customer as a potential thief and a fraudster who "changed their official price lists".
The case qualifies for the Trade Inspection and the court.
They reply to official letters on time, but they can't even sign. Anonymous response to a letter refusing to issue goods at the list price. I don't even know who sent it - the gatekeeper, the driver, because he doesn't look like a letter from the management ...

I would absolutely not recommend it unless you want to buy at inflated prices or have delays in completing the renovation.

Absolutely not Western standards, a German salesman would swallow a bitter pill of his mistake and would count the 200 euro price difference in lowering his margin.

PS. Bad treatment of customers is not surprising if we look at how the company does not care about its employees - I recommend reviews about the store on GoWork websites. Interesting reading ...

When choosing Cermag I expected quality at the highest level. Unfortunately, it was different. We had an external design for part of the apartment and unfortunately there were no deadlines for the bathroom because we decided too late. So we chose a project from Cermag, which costs PLN 800 and this amount is returned only when the value of the order reaches 10 times the value of the project, i.e. min. 8000z . When we received the design, it looks closer to castorama than to the design you get from professional companies. If anyone has the opportunity, let the project do for someone else. The tiles, which were to be available within a few days, after accepting the project and placing the order, it turned out that they would be available in a few weeks without declaring a specific date. This involved postponing the appointment of the person who was to lay the tiles. Ordered furniture for the bathroom, which cost quite a lot, because it was supposed to be from a very good company, turned out to have far-fetched performance. In addition, the differences in colors that were not visible on the design (here we return to the quality of the design) and when choosing furniture was confirmed by Cermag that the shade will be the same, because it is one manufacturer. As an exception, it was proposed to replace it, so what if the difference came out after installing the furniture and when changing to other holes would be visible in the tiles. Added to this is the lack of returns that completes this poor picture. For the company, of course, this is a good solution, because they have only profit, unfortunately the customer must either count that everything will go ok and the tile is enough and the furniture will be ok or order a supply of tiles and stay with them.

I recommend this store. I took advantage of the promotional offer and bought most of the tiles for the home. Unfortunately, the products are not cheap but thanks to the fact that I was taking a larger amount I got additional discounts.

I understand positioning in more expensive / expensive products. Unfortunately, when it comes to cabins, a small selection and lack of price labels discourages.

Two stars just because the store actually had a large selection of tiles. Unfortunately, I will not have the opportunity to comment on their quality. There were maybe three customers in the store and at least so many employees. Everyone gave the impression of being very cheerful and relaxed, which would also not be an accusation if at the same time they expressed a minimal desire to customer service. Wanting to get professional help, I was sent by one employee to a friend who was disgusted by the fact that I was interrupting her work and said that there was no time for me (!). To sum up: a modern living room, a large selection of tiles and a total lack of professionalism on the part of employees.

I do not recommend. For me a waste of time. The store does not have Opoczno on offer, but it has a great collection of Porcelain from Spain and numerous German brands. It's probably something wrong ... I left the store tired and outraged, and went to Trzebnica, to Bel-Pol, where I immediately got all the catalogs, information and help ... The prices didn't shock us either.

I do not recommend. Difficult cooperation and rude service. You have to wait over a month for the tiles, they offer a "specially reduced" price from the catalog. After checking on the Internet, it turns out that you can have the same tiles for PLN 50 cheaper on the metro on the next day at home, of course at the competition.

If you feel like a nice bathroom and you have money for it, then this is the perfect place, you better let go shopping in DIY stores, where it may be a bit cheaper but a lot worse

I ordered tiles, waiting time 14 working days, after 22 days they were still gone. After consultation with the employee, the tiles were to be after 2 days. And nothing again. Neither a refund, nor tiles and zero cooperation and interest on the part of the company. I do not recommend, tragic service, zero professionalism.

Beautiful tiles, a large selection, but the handling leaves much to be desired. We advertised the tiles through Cermag. After a month, no one has contacted us. We skipped the topic, and our specialist got a little flexed when laying down. Another situation - we ordered two packages of tiles. We were informed that they had two packages in stock at the moment. After laying, it turned out that the tiles from both packages are in completely different shades and have a different texture. It is a pity that we were not informed that the complaints in this case are taken into account before laying ... Maybe someone will say that it is obvious, but tiles are not bought every day ... Besides, we had to personally go to the salon for some of the tiles, because they were not packed for transport ...

For me, the living room is well equipped, great service and really nice and fashionable tiles can be found. I would recommend!

In my subjective opinion I do not recommend this place to anyone but I mark it is only my feeling. The ladies sitting at the cash register are doing such a big deal that they live at all until I am reluctant to live this life. The atmosphere from the Polish People's Republic will serve you a little bit if I want to. In the 21st century, I'm embarrassed and disgusted if the work of dear ladies in this company is such a great punishment and after your faces you can conclude that it is time to change it and not punish yourself and your clients. 10.09.2017 thank you to the owner for the answer, this attitude should be reproduced by employees employed in your company. After contacting the manufacturer, they gave Cermag a strategic distributor. Here, however, it turns out that the goods can not be ordered before you pay for it, and most importantly, Mr. Trader informed that there are no returns. Haha good. Finally, it is worth adding that I received information from Mr. Trader that it is like that everywhere and all companies work like that. BANNEL ABOVE THE BANNELS. TO CONCLUDE: YOU NEED TO PAY FOR GOODS WHICH YOU DON'T SEE AND EVEN IF, AFTER DELIVERY TO THE STORE, YOU WILL FIND THAT SOMETHING IS NOT WORTH IT WILL BE REFUNDED !!!! HANDS DROP! Cool things, but very expensive and for the release of materials: three packs of tiles, half an hour had to wait.

Lots of nice tiles and fittings, unfortunately very expensive ... Besides, I advise you to carefully check the goods upon receipt from the warehouse. I got tiles from 3 different lots, it's a pity that I found out on the 4th floor, after unpacking (finally - return and purchase from the competition).

The guy we spoke to says that there are no tiles, it turns out that we found them on a large wall 3 meters away. We arranged our first bathroom 15 years ago in Cermag. A large selection and price negotiation meant that we decided to come back and now ... Unfortunately, the parking fee of 5 PLN will make us not return ... We feel stretched for 5 PLN. Unfortunately, in 30 minutes you can not see everything .... Great shame ... the choice is still very good, however, we do not like such situations, very negative feelings ...

All the ladies (except one, blonde with a snow-white smile, who is very nice, probably the deputy of the manager) are HUMID, SPRAYY, worse than during the PRL. I strongly advise against, because in the store you can feel like an intruder. neither thank you, nor please, nor anything, and for ignorance of the store's layout you can get horseradish. attention to the fact that the tiles were scratched, I only received the answer: 'you can check if you don't like it'. When you meet a competent seller, shopping is very pleasant, the offer is very rich, they also have tiles not available in other stores. A bit expensive, the range is widely available more expensive than the competition.
