The worst place to shop in Wroclaw.

The prices are very high compared to the competition, of course sometimes they have reduced prices, but here it is not worth buying:
- because it turns out that they were wrong in the price lists displayed in the store and refuse to sell, by the way treating the customer as a potential thief and a fraudster who "changed their official price lists".
The case qualifies for the Trade Inspection and the court.
They reply to official letters on time, but they can't even sign. Anonymous response to a letter refusing to issue goods at the list price. I don't even know who sent it - the gatekeeper, the driver, because he doesn't look like a letter from the management ...

I would absolutely not recommend it unless you want to buy at inflated prices or have delays in completing the renovation.

Absolutely not Western standards, a German salesman would swallow a bitter pill of his mistake and would count the 200 euro price difference in lowering his margin.

PS. Bad treatment of customers is not surprising if we look at how the company does not care about its employees - I recommend reviews about the store on GoWork websites. Interesting reading ...
