This is the worst customer service. The goal should not be to get someone quick of the line but to help answer questions. I have to call 5 times to get a question answered and it is till incorrect. Especially for lines that are for non-english speakers. I understand alot of people are calling however, I am still on the same boat. With some patience things will be better. Just wasting my time.
I have worked for Tempus for a little over a year. My first pay check took almost a month but they told me about that. I have never had an issue getting paid. You need to read the back of the time sheet. They expect it to be filled out a certain way. Black pen they want you to circle the am or pm boxes. Very simple stuff. Sorry you guys are having issues. But they have been great to me except my consumer gets 46 hours weekly so biweekly that s 92 hours. Mass health pays your ot. But I just recently noticed I m not getting paid time and a half for the hours over 40. I m calling Tempus and mass health tomorrow this is my only issue.

We ve been working with Tempus Unlimited since 2014 so I am very familiar with them and their customer service. They need to find another agency to handle PCA payroll. The people at Tempus Unlimited are a bunch of thieves. I can t tell you how many times they ve withheld my paycheck. I lost my Pay card with $900 on it and they wouldn t issue a replacement card nor were they willing to send me a physical check. They held on to the whole $900. They ve gone months without paying me. It s hard to get somebody on the phone! And when they do pick up, the workers are super rude and unprofessional. They hang up on people. Honestly Tempus needs to do better at hiring. As PCA s the work we do is already hard, we don t need to deal with people that makes it even harder to manage. Why do I have to fight for my paycheck? Working hard for it isn t enough? They are constantly calling about the littlest things just to have an excuse to withhold my paycheck. Today they called saying there s a tear on the timesheet and that they won t process it. A tiny rip at the corner of the paper.... it s outrageous. Every time they pick up the phone they all sound so miserable, if you don t like your job quit and stop giving people a hard time!
DONT GO THERE! THEY WILL USE YOUR INFORMATION TO PUT SOMEBODY ELSE TO WORK! SCAMMERSSS!!!!!! TRUE STORY, if you don t believe me, HMU!
All the reviews talking about withholding pay, rude service, and being lied to on the phone are correct. Worst payroll I have ever experienced. I would avoid at all cost if possible.
After my wife no longer wanted their services and replaced them another service provider tempest continued to bill my insurance company for services not rendered causing a loss of services from the new corporation. My insurance company did not want to pay two companies for one service.
In reply to my insurance's company's refusal to pay then now Tempest is soliciting my wife for new services which is causing again another interruption in her service please stay away from this company they will have people call and harass you all the time. #M a r i a w i l l h a r a s s
