We ve been working with Tempus Unlimited since 2014 so I am very familiar with them and their customer service. They need to find another agency to handle PCA payroll. The people at Tempus Unlimited are a bunch of thieves. I can t tell you how many times they ve withheld my paycheck. I lost my Pay card with $900 on it and they wouldn t issue a replacement card nor were they willing to send me a physical check. They held on to the whole $900. They ve gone months without paying me. It s hard to get somebody on the phone! And when they do pick up, the workers are super rude and unprofessional. They hang up on people. Honestly Tempus needs to do better at hiring. As PCA s the work we do is already hard, we don t need to deal with people that makes it even harder to manage. Why do I have to fight for my paycheck? Working hard for it isn t enough? They are constantly calling about the littlest things just to have an excuse to withhold my paycheck. Today they called saying there s a tear on the timesheet and that they won t process it. A tiny rip at the corner of the paper.... it s outrageous. Every time they pick up the phone they all sound so miserable, if you don t like your job quit and stop giving people a hard time!
