Thanks for your explanatory response. As I stated, we were also concerned about the grass on the driveway and had made arrangements for it to be removed. I am handicapped and could not do it myself. The people could not remove it as soon as we wanted them to, but it has now been done.

The most inefficient land management company in existence. The trash dumpster has not been emptied in 2 weeks and the selfish tenants in Trolley Path Condominiums are throwing trash on the grass and parking lot surrounding the dumpster. CEPCO only works 4 days a week and have done nothing since hurricane Florence happened last week. I called their office, was redirected to a so called "emergency" line and was told by the operator that she would relay my message. Do not do business with these incompetent people at CEPCO who are masquerading as a land management company.

I have been working with Bridget in submitting paperwork for an ungrounds pool. She has been absolutely wonderful to work with, her professionalism, knowledge of the requirements, and personality make this an enjoyable process. I can t say enough about her personal and professional conduct.
This is a wonderful young lady who represents CEPCO outstandingly.

I have waited 4 years to get my gutters fixed. the rain overflows the gutter and runs down the side of the condo. The water puddles all over the place.
I have tried to have it fixed with no results.

Now I have a light in the hallway that prevents my storage unit door to open all the way. I have broken a number of globes on the light. I called to have it fixed without much help. I was told it cannot be fixed.
I guess I will wait another 4 years.

Seriously the worst property management company in the area. I don t even know what the employees do over there. They are so disorganized and mismanaged it s hard to believe this company has survived. If you want them to treat you like a child and completely dictate every aspect of your living situation then by all mean, but for the average person BEWARE!! Every owner in our condo community feels trapped under their management.

The worst customer service ever... as a resident of Park Place Condominiums I called for help on a situation and was put on hold twice and after 10 minutes hung up on both times with no apology no solution not even an explanation of any sort. Totally disrespectful people and inept.

i am sure the table and chairs were left with all good intentions for people to actually enjoy the common area heaven knows we have not been able to enjoy the pool. Wouldnt it be nice if HOA"s considered community rather than rules, as it happens the furniture did not become projectiles, did it, and there is so much more to worry about nowadays, (sigh)

We just purchased a condo at Park Place. While we were going through our due diligence the people at CEPCO were very prompt in answering all of our questions about the HOA details. Jeff and Christy also personally came over to welcome us to the neighborhood and answer any questions we had. The unit we bought had an issue that fell under HOA repair and they immediately started a work order. So far we are very happy . Keep up the great work. An actual HOA that works FOR the homeowners

Most horrible company EVER!!! They do not return ANY phone calls, emails, nothing!! Completely unprofessional! All they care about are the HOA checks. Simple as that. There is a reason why they only have ALL one star reviews, and I know they would not even have that if everyone could give ZERO.

I recently moved into the River Bluffs community (12-17-20) which is managed by Cepco.
I received a letter from Cepco (Melissa Moore in Accounts Receivables) outlining my quarterly HOA financial obligations and that I should contact Melissa if I had further questions, which I did.
Melissa was extremely polite and I felt she was attentive to my questions/concerns; the conversation was very productive and most pleasant. Melissa indicated that my issues/concerns needed to be escalated and that she would take care of it, which she did. Melissa got back to me after several days with a very positive response.
Melissa was extremely helpful throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with.
Thank you Melissa & Cepco for addressing my issues/concerns in a timely manner
