The supervisors are immature, and extremely unprofessional, they constantly talk sexually about female employees, and females from the contracting companies. The rest of the Security Officers were on site since the beginning week of the project yet they brought a new-hire to promote instead of promoting from the inside. The one supervisor has sexual harassment complaints against him and the company does nothing. A employee quits and comes back three weeks later and they drop everyone's hours to give him full time, this is not professional and not ethical. This company has been unorganized and unprofessional since I found it.
I never do reviews or really talk bad about a work experience but this company was well worth my time. If you like people treating you bad , WONT pay you and disrespect the military this is the job for you. I do not wish for anyone to work here not even my greatest enemy. The management is very childish and unprofessional . To Start at first I thought this job was good as I had a interview this Jess. My first assignment was working at Lehigh Hospital making sure contractors don't park. The hospital was great to work with. But I was clueless where was my first assignment . I called Jess, text her, emailed her and left voicemails on where my first assignment was. She never got back to me until 3 am the day I was supposed to work. She said don't be late no exceptions as she had the audacity to tell me 2 hours before my shift. Then on my 2nd day they wanted me to train a few security guards . But that's not the main reason why I wrote this review . I told them my car broke down and told them I can not fulfill this position at the locations I was constantly moving . Jess called me a clown, and the treatened me saying were going to lose a client because of you and the rest of the security guards . I wanted to get my last check and they told me no they needed their uniform dry cleaned. That's no problem for me but the problem was in order for me to get a dried clean I needed my check. They refused and told me not my problem. I did not eat for 2 weeks until I made money at another job to get it dried cleaned. I told them that's my grocery money and they laughed and told me oh well. I even told them can I get just enough to get my uniform dried cleaned so I can come back and get my check and they harassed me and told me no angrily . I can go on but It would be a Bible with all the bad experiences and stress this company brought upon me. To finalize this I came in to cash my check to Find out I was paid 7.25 !!!! After they told me the lowest they paid is 10. I just let it go because they are not worth my time. I hope whoever reads this won't waste your time. Don't work here you are better of making a career at McDonald's . Abosulte joke of a company . Thank you for your time reading this lengthy review . I want to save people the stress.
If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. One star isn't even good enough for them. The day after I got my uniform I tried for three days to get ahold of my boss and no response was given until 12am the night before my first day. Then I was thrown from site to site with barely any knowledge of where I was to go or who to talk to. Then when I left the company, they held my check for damn near three weeks till I started a new job. I needed to get groceries for my house and they basically disrespected me and said not our problem we want our uniform dry cleaned. Jumping through hoops is an understatement to what I had to go through with them to get my check to actually put food in my house again. If you want to work for an unorganized sham of a company who doesn't care about veterans then by all means go ahead. But make sure you don't have a family to feed cause they say they pay you ten dollars an hour but they paid me 7.25.
