Thanks to Lacie Pattle and Dustin Ferris I had a great experience leasing a 2015 BMW Z4 this past week. The deal was a little complicated due to negotiating a deal via the internet for my daughter
living in Atlanta and me in Florida. I flew up to Atlanta, picked up my daughter and drove to Greenville. Everything turned out an discussed and the lease turn in and new lease went very smooth. Next time I'm in the market for a BMW, Century will be first on my list. Everyone we had contact with at Century was very friendly and professional. My daughter has had a smile on her face from the time she drove out of the delivery stall. Great little car.

I have a bad habit... buying cars. As a result, I probably get to experience car purchasing more than the average person. Over the past 10 years, I ve had the opportunity to see the good, the bad, and the downright ugly side of car dealers. Well, rest assured... Century BMW is among the GREATEST I ve experienced!! There are a few reasons I drove from Atlanta and back, to buy from them: pricing, customer service, and overall professionalism. Pricing... I got my car for thousands less than any other dealer in a 500 mile radius. That s the cake of it... now let s talk about the icing. Customer service... the sales and delivery team I worked with (Ashlyn Johnston, Steven Klein, and Nick Gubitosa) were seriously a joy to work with. They were always pleasant and light-hearted, and always made me feel like they were doing their best to meet my needs, every step of the way. In addition to helping me negotiate pricing before I arrived, they stayed late for my arrival and never made me feel rushed, even though we were the only ones in the dealership hours after they closed. Professionalism... this team s professionalism was clearly led by Dustin Ferris, New Car Director. Even when we had uncomfortable moments in negotiations, Dustin was always a shining example of professionalism and worked hard to establish my trust. This is all very difficult to do with an out of town buyer (not enough time to establish relationships), but they pulled it off effortlessly and allowed me to negotiate and purchase my car flawlessly in 2 days. Even if you re not in the market to buy a car right now, do yourself a favor and get to know this team. You d be hard pressed to find a better group of people and a better car buying experience in the southeast!!

Grossly unprofessional. Called to inquire about a vehicle on Saturday and was told that it was still available. I was unable to get there before they closed and set up an appointment for Monday morning when they opened. Provided the rep my name and phone number and appointment time. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told someone was already "looking" at the vehicle by a rude and aggressive sales rep, and I could wait to see if they were going to buy it. I declined and advised I wasn't interested in doing any businesses with them because of the miss communication. While driving away, I could see the rep speaking to his (what looked to be) manager, throwing up his hands and ranting about me.

They do not do what they say, have bad apple sales reps, and I will not consider them for any future business. I do not recommend this dealership and can only imagine what the transaction would have been like if I was given the opportunity to purchase the vehicle.

These guys are a bunch of Bo Bo's. I special ordered my first BMW from them and it was a horrible experience. The sales person couldn't answer most of my questions without having to ask the other sales people and he even told me that certain features on my car would be standard only to find out later that he was wrong. After I placed my order they gave me a delivery date and then called me 2 weeks prior to delivery to tell me that they couldn't locate the car. I believe his words were "I know it's on a boat somewhere." If you're a very particular person when it comes to things like this and you're planning to spend a good deal of money on a BMW, this is not the place to do it. Greenville is not the place to do it. Go to Atlanta.It's worth the drive and you'll be glad you did.

A few months ago my then 2017 BMW X3 that was bought in Charleston SC needed to be serviced. I was assigned to Caleb in the Service Department who took immediate charge.With friendliness and speedy efficiency he had my car taken car of on the spot without lengthy waiting for an appointment.
To make a long story short, this courteous customer attention mad me return to the dealership when it was time for my new BMW X3.

For the first time looking for a new car was a real pleasure. Besides driving the new car the friendly reception at the Dealership made the experience the more enjoyable.
From the begin to the signing of contract I was privy to the excellent attention to every detail both by Sales consultant Don and the executive Sales Manager.

I have been a Bmw owner for 12 years, and I love my car, love everything about my car. In the past service at Bmw was outstanding, which is why I purchased a second Bmw. But you really need to work on the service. Car not ready when promised, no updates from service advisor, no returns calls, when I bought my car had questions for my salesperson, left voicemails never got return calls, same goes for service advisor. I expect better from BMW, but truly disappointed now. Service has gone down in the past year. Please work on it.

Summary: Purchased a certified vehicle from Century BMW from out of state, and my overall experience at Century BMW was great. Price was very competitive. My salesperson, Baynes, was excellent and happily stayed past 7PM (Century BMW's closing time) to show all the features in the car.

Pricing:
For the certified vehicle that I purchased, Century BMW had a no haggle price because the vehicle was already advertised with an extremely competitive price. In fact, the certified vehicle I purchased was advertised as the lowest price in the nation for the model and the options that it contained. The price that Century BMW advertises is the price that you will actually pay (obviously excluding tax and fees), and they do not have any hidden fees. They also do not advertise their price with rebates and incentives that you will not qualify (unlike many other dealers who advertise their prices with all incentives and rebates). Speaking for my experience, Century BMW's competitive price removed the long and annoying negotiation process.

Salesperson:
My salesperson was Baynes. Throughout the entire process, he did not hide anything about the vehicle and was upfront about anything that I needed to know about the car. The best thing about Baynes that was notable from other typical dealers is that Baynes does not try to convince you into buying a car. Unlike dealers who talk too much and pressures you into buying a car, Baynes instead gives you all the information that you need to know and allow you to make the informed decision on whether you are interested in purchasing the car or not. One amazing thing I noticed about Baynes is that his mood does not change whether you tell him initially that you are just looking or later tell him that you are interested in actually purchasing. To me, this was exceptional because it let me know that Baynes will try his best to give you a great experience and provide honest information regardless of where you stand as a customer. He was more than happy to stay past Century BMW's closing time to help me and did not show any foul mood that he had to stay late.

We arrived close to the end of the business day and everyone we encountered took their time, answered our questions and never made us feel rushed. Before we left with our new car a "BMW Genius" went over all the aspects of the car. This is our 3rd BMW and our experience at Century BMW was the best we'd ever encountered.

Over all excellent experience! My husband and I bought the X6 recently. We loved the car but it was the friendly service with David Redding that made us choose to do business with Century BMW over many other cars and dealerships we liked. Our BMW genius was Andrew Carter who did an incredible job making sure we were completely comfortable in our new car before we drove off the lot. He spent a lot of time making sure we covered all the details and there wasn't a single question he couldn't answer for those of us the aren't as technology savvy. From sales to finance to technology support, this is the place to do business! They have definitely earned mine for now and years to come! Thank you to all who made this buying process enjoyable!

Bonnie scheduled my appointment and got my Mini Countryman John Cooper Works in for diagnostics on time. After the first round of issues were cleared up, a new set of codes fired and I had to go back. I was not looking forward to a 2nd visit in 2 days.

I purchased a used vehicle that had just been traded in from Century and the process was smooth. Don and his manager (missed his name) were great. The Infiniti had just been traded in and was still being cleaned up. I was the first to set up a time to see and drive the car there were multiple other inquiries, some offering above asking price. They honored my appointment and the listed price. Once there I was in and out in under 90 minutes, which included the test drive and the fact the car was still being cleaned up. I can t speak highly enough of their ethics and service. I wouldn t hesitate to visit century again!
